Everything is fine except the wifi connection

Location is a problem when trying to have food delivered or riseshade pickup. I had to switch rooms due to working plugs. It says kitchen but there is just a sink and cabinets and a fridge that doesn’t work. No way to cook or heat up food. The breakfast was included but I was asked to pay for a drink one morning. The phone did not work so I had to use WhatsApp to communicate but 85% of the time the Internet did not work which caused me to miss work deadlines. You must register your location with Google at minimum if you want people to be able to find you or to use rideshare and food delivery. They make food on site but the chef has no set schedule and will refuse an order at will. I hope they really take these things into consideration and do better.

Achie Suites in Accra delivers on a few core value props, but the experience had some gaps that definitely impacted the overall stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location hits the sweet spot—safe, quiet, and ideal for anyone trying to optimize for peace of mind. But the service touchpoints need a serious upgrade. Breakfast was a miss, with only one serving provided for two guests, which just doesn’t align with guest expectations. The bathtub was cracked, which created a legit safety risk, and the Wi-Fi went offline for several days, which made things inconvenient.

The property was nowhere near what has been advertised. Its more the 7 miles from the airport and the managers were not shy owning up to that fact. The room was also very smelly and what the claimed to be English breakfast was appalling.

Room was clean and staff were helpful. What was not appreciated was the daily early morning calls to tell me that "breakfast was ready ma'am." I suggest they post their breakfast times, weekdays and weekends, to avoid the calls to guests every morning. Additionally, there were no washcloths for bathing as well as no cutlery in the rooms, though there were a hot water kettle and teacup but no cutlery. Overall though stay was good.

Outstanding staff, great location, clean room

The staffs are very polite , great environment and room was very clean.

The property itself is great for the price point. The owner is accessible and professional and generous. A kind person. The receptionists, not so professional and make you feel you’re getting a favour. Unfortunately I had a terrible smell in my particular room; I was informed my room hadn’t been occupied in a while. So I suspect it’s not a general problem.

The owner is super kind and professional. The staff, not as professional. Be prepared to insist on requests or the staff would ignore you and make excuses for so much as asking for the promised/expected amenities.

Strongly rancid smell in the room for most of the daytime. I don’t know what it is but it causes nausea and fatigue and headaches I’m suffering. It is maybe the city sewage? I don’t know. They admitted they had given a room rarely used. There’s other complaints but this rancid smell was too bad I may have compromised my health. Worse I stayed indoors most of the 3 days because I became ill and fatigued and smelled it some more and now I need to warn everyone out there of my mistake.

The design of the building was not nice. More of outside view would have been good, so enclosed.

The Hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, central Ghana and downtown. Additionally, the rooms are large and comfortable.

The staff is kind and friendly. The food is not good, upkeep and maintenance aren't much a priority it seems; the bathtub was cracked which could be a safety hazard, the sink cabinets were broken also. Several days of my stay, there was no wifi so that presented issues when I was attempting to complete some work. There's room for improvement but it was ok.

Amazing experience and excellent services.

1) I would appreciate if bathroom toiletries (shop, shampoo and toothpaste are included) since the property is not close to shopping Centre it hard to commute. Honestly I don't mind if I have to pay for it. 2) the property should have at 1 coffee machine for the customers to drink. ( since the property is far from shop, it's easy to just have it nearby) 3) the property is clean, safe and quiet but the amenities can be improved.
