It was decent

Pros: Great location, secure, spacious, A/C, utilities great Cons: Communication, no sense of urgency, lack of commitment when they say they will do something, WiFi & DStv slow or did not work. We had no water in the entire apartment for two days and the owner did nothing about it. My key stopped working and I practically had to work around with a screw driver to open my door daily.

Every part of the room is well clean

Disorganised

We booked 5 apartments and most of them were fine, however - one if the apartments had no internet, and while the host said he would fix this - it did not happen and further attempts to contact were unanswered. Another apartment also had no pillows and seemed to have insect infestation. In spite if the above, the other apartments were fine and I would still stay again.

Cleanliness

Cleaning. They came to the room but didn’t clean just made the bed. Even when not asked. Internet wasn’t included until pushed and explained there was a limit and we might be responsible for Insufficient plates/ silverware compared to the number of pots Hectic check in communication to and from host mot clear until their was a problem

The staff are courteous, place is clean. And very close to everything! I loved my stay here and extended it!

The security is excellent but the room needs to be cleaned properly. The walkways to the rooms has this unpleasant smell. I saw dirt on the pillows. Overall the rooms need better cleaning and updates. I saw loose faucets that need to be replaced. The only advantage is it’s closer to the airport and the mall

Had to sleep on broken bed not hot water will never stay their again.

Overnattede på dette hotel i december 2025. Umiddelbart ser stedet nyt ud. Booked en Delux suite, men fik alt andet end en Delux suite. Stedet levede slet ikke op til de billeder der bliver brugt til at sælge stedet. Indtjekning var meget besværlig og langsom. Værelset man fik tilbudt var meget lille og nedslit. Ulækkert badeværelse med blod og afføring på vægene. Skidt og meget snavs i ristene i bad. Møgbeskidt køkkenredskaber og ramponerede husholdnings maskiner. Sengen er et kapitel for sig selv. Umiddelbart ser den fin ud men under madressen er der lavet optimistisk anordning af pinde der er knækket så man kan næsten ikke bruge den. Samt møgbeskidt af støv og plastik. Kan virkelig se de der gør rentr er lud dovne. Vil virkelig ikke anbefale stedet til nogle. Find noget andet.

Im writing this review now cause I can’t let myself be scammed twice by the same individual. First time I booked Solaris apartment was on my birthday. I called and informed that I was gonna check in late and they said it was okay, I got there and waited FOUR HOURS. Cause they couldn’t reach the host. When they finally reach someone, I was told the apartment was removed from Expedia and was asked to pay AGAIN in cash and that I’ll be refunded my money through Expedia. Exhausted, I agreed. It’s been a month and I’ve not been refunded. Mind you, I’ve tried communicating with both the host and Expedia and the host has basically refused to refund me, cause Expedia has been calling him to give the approval for a refund but he has refused to respond. Fast forward to present day. I booked at the Lennox apartment for today. I called the host like I always do to inform them of my arrival and lo and behold it’s the same host. He gave me the same story as the last time, that it’s been removed from Expedia so the listing shouldn’t be showing and I reminded him that this isn’t not our first rodeo and I’ve given this story before, by him and he asked me to take it up with Expedia. I let him know I was gonna leave a bad review on his listing on Expedia. And this is what he texts me “ You might as well not call me for room tomorrow because after your blackmail I am not hosting you. Please do yourself a favor and call Expedia for cancellation” BEWARED THIS LISTING IS A SCAM”

Don’t stay with “Cozy”. We tried to check in and was told the key was taken by an employee. They then told us to stay the night somewhere else lol. We were patient until they told us the key wouldn’t be available until 1pm the next day.

Clean

I made a reservation and paid through Expedia but when I got there they told me their rooms are filled up and they can’t checked me in unless 5pm meanwhile I’ve paid for my reservation in advance. I asked for a refund and up to now I haven’t received proper response from them and this has happened second time which is frustrating and the management don’t answer my calls and texts anymore.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

We loved the location as well as the amenities however, the room we were in had a broken bed made sleeping very uncomfortable. Lack of staff made things a bit slower if you were in need of checking in and or in need of additional items for your room.
