A little dated but all the other positives overcome this

Breakfast great, service generally good. Booked a room with 2 beds online and was told we had one bed. Had to have an uncomfortable discussion with front desk about this. Got to room and and pictures are not the same as online. Beds are very hard and rooms are spartan. Walking distance to beach, restaurant etc. Ok stay but not for 'resort' prices.

Η royal suite καταπληκτική! Με ιδιωτικότητα! Το προσωπικό υπέροχο, το πρωινό πλούσιο. Είναι η τρίτη φορά που επισκέπτομαι το ξενοδοχείο και θα ξαναπάω!

The hotel is wonderful. It’s truly a resort. There are 3 swimming pools,one indoor and two outdoors with a pool bar. The breakfast and the diner are on a buffet. The rooms are big,clean and quiet. There is a big parking. The beach in front of the hotel is for guests only. The sea is great. There is also a spa located in the resort. The prices are a bit high but the service is excellent. We will go again for a massage for sure.

This hotel is conveniently located next to a lovely beach. However, the hotel itself is dated. The hall carpet was stained and central areas are not air conditioned, so the hallways and lobby are very hot. Our shower was broken and we found a large cockroach in the bathroom. The hotel staff were quick to respond to our concerns about the cockroach and sent housekeeping right away. Overall the service was good but not great. The room and facilities were likewise good but not great. The breakfast buffet had lots of options but the quality was not very good. This hotel seemed to be popular with families with children and would be a good fit for that. It was not particularly nice for a couples trip.

NOTE POSITIVE: La struttura è ampia, inserita in un bel contesto, ha comodi parcheggi. Le camere si trovano in un giardino con tante piante diverse. Bellissime piscine e lettini a disposizione. La spiaggia si trova dall'altra parte della strada, con lettini gratuiti. Grandi le sale ristorante, con possibilità di mangiare anche all'esterno. Buona la varietà e qualità della colazione. Personale della reception molto cortese (non altrettanto invece il personale della sala colazione, ragazzi giovani non sorridenti). ACCESSIBILITÀ: la struttura è interamente accessibile con carrozzina negli spazi esterni, giardino, zona piscine, hall, ristorante, ci sono camere disabili con maniglioni wc e doccia-filo. Ci sono parcheggi riservati vicino alla reception. La piscina invece ha dei gradini di accesso purtroppo non affiancati da un maniglione di sicurezza. La spiaggia, di sassi grossi, è abbastanza accessibile. Si riesce, grazie a una passerella e con qualche accorgimento, ad arrivare ai lettini. Non si raggiunge invece il mare.

The property is amazing and clean. It’s the best resort in that area. What’s more impressive is the staff, they’re all so helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend for families.

Für den Preis ein absolut nicht vertretbares 4* Hotel. Sorry. Extrem in die Jahre gekommen.

Really nice resort hotel. We stayed for only one night and in winter so did not use most of the facilities but they looked great and this should be a wonderfull place to stay in the summer. The beach is also just across the street and looked lovely. Nice breakfast and buffet dinner.

The staff is not well trained. We sent an email prior to our arrival which was never replied. The front desk staff was polite but not professional & not efficient. We asked to be moved in a cleaner room and we were given another room as an upgrade but it was also dirty (hair, shampoo (?) remains in the bathroom especially, dirt on the walls), with outdated bathrooms, & outdated furnishing. I get that the building and facilities are old, but I don't get why it was not properly cleaned. The manager who showed us the new room gave me the feeling that he just wanted to get rid off us and had no interest to know what bothered us. No accountability. The spa service was ok but understaffed and also not well trained in terms of communication with the guests. For example we asked for two sessions of 1-hour massage treatments (back to back since there was no second therapist on Monday shift) and the reply was that they can do two sessions of 30 minutes back to back because the therapist will get tired! It was impressive enought that the therapy was interrupted a couple of times cause there was noone at the spa reception & the therapist on duty had to leave the room twice to check who is shouting at the front desk! Still the massage itself was very good. In the morning buffet, the lady on duty informed us that they could provide fresh hot omelet after having filled our plates with the cold omelet and other untasty food. I don't like wasting food so I refused. A hair was also in my meal.

We arranged a couples weekend away. We wanted to relax and get some spa treatments. The place is spacious, has nice grounds, plenty of warm water all day and night long. The facilities seem outdated. The rooms were not as well maintained, the air-condition was noisy and there were dusty corners and surfaces. The breakfast had good variety but some foods were not freshly made. During our second day we could easily identify that the buffet served foods from previous day, like pies and cooked foods. Also, we had spa treatments both days, which were not value for money.

Terrible from start to finish, recognising it is end of season it was a disaster. 2 star at best. Beds were infested with bedbugs, no AC working, showers were terrible and the resort is run down. Bars closed by 10pm and they leave you sitting in the dark without any notification. Food is horrendous and my dog gets better quality.

Access to the beach and the loungers and umbrellas with drink service made it feel truly like a resort. The room itself did not feel resort-like, it was small and not the best mattress. The staff were all super friendly and helpful though. While the free breakfast had a lot of variety, I wish there was more fresh fruit, vegetables, and juices to choose from. It was a much more family oriented resort than I expected. The pool areas and main dining room were loud and sometimes chaotic with kids. When I read about the resort and saw the pictures I was expecting more of a quiet spa-like setting. That being said, I've never stayed anywhere else in Greece before, so I don't know how it compares locally. Overall, i would still go back. I was looking for easy beach access and free breakfast in a safe place and that is what we got. One more thing to consider is that it can get a bit pricey/tricky to get from the Athens airport to the resort.
