We had a very nice stay. The All inclusive package is great value for the price. Rooms were very comfortable. Would recommend for family with small kids. Very kid friendly resort.

Quantität statt Qualität Riesige Auswahl beim Essensbuffet jedoch leidet die Qualität der Speisen darunter. Frühstück war extrem entäuschend. Rührei aus der Packung, wenn nicht Pulver. Griechischer Joghurt gibts im Supermarkt besseren, Früchte zum Teil sehr unreif und ungeniessbar, Anschriften der Speisen unklar (Special Omletts) Musste man ständig nachfragen was drin ist, da man selber nicht wählen konnte. Oder Low Fat Jam?? Gibt es das? Wie gesagt Quantität statt Qualität Abend Essen war jedoch meistens gut und abwechslungsreicher. Personal bis auf vereinzelte Mitarbeiter schlecht gelaunt und ohne Motivation. Tische waren dreckig und zum Teil fehlte Besteck was man extra Ordern oder holen musste. Z.b Servietten und Besteck am Boden wo die Kellner X-mal dran und drüber laufen können anstatt sie mal aufzuheben Cleaning im Zimmer mangelhaft. Badezimmer wurde nie gereinigt obwohl das Hotel durch andere Rezesionen bereits von dem Mangel wusste. Minibar wird nur all 2 Tage aufgefüllt sowie Strandtücher können 2 mal pro Woche frische geholt werden. Bilder auf Homepage veraltet, keine Strandliegen / Strand wie auf dem Bild vorhanden sondern ein Fremdanbieter vermietet eine Liege für 7.5 Euro / Tag / Liege. Cocktails an den Bar's eher schlecht und die Softgetränke enthalten mehr Chlor als der Swimmingpool. Anlage an sich schön und gepflegt. Alles im Allen konnte man sich zwar entspannen aber würde diesem Hotel keine 5 Sterne geben und es leider nicht weiter Empfehlen.

First off, there was NOTHING I didnt lime about this hotel, it was all lovely from the grounds, pool.to the room and the dining areas and pools. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. All inclusive drinks were ok but its what youd expect. Food was amazing and so much choice. A la cart restaurants we used were the greek which we felt rushed. Everything came at once before we had finished a coures. The Aisan however was amazing, a must if you have only 1 chance to book. There is nothing in the immediate surrounding area apart from a few mini markets and resembles wasteland but that is no fault of the hotel itself, just something to be mindfull of if visiting.

Food is the best I’ve had at an all inclusive hotel. Lots of different options and the á la carte is also great. Great service. Lots of different activities. Really recommend!

This hotel is not for adults who enjoy an authentic Greek holiday. For families with children, I’m sure it’s fine. But, it’s noisy, with limited access to space if you just want a quiet drink in the evening. Parties around the pool and rooms going on into the evening playing the Macarena type vibe. No thanks!

We stayed at this hotel for one week in a premium limited sea view. Unfortunately, the room was located above the bar, which is open 24 hours, making it impossible to rest properly. Even after raising a complaint, nothing was done. The rooms and flooring are not soundproof at all, so there was constant noise throughout the day. Housekeeping staff also talked loudly in the corridors, which made it worse. On the positive side, most of the staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel, however, is mainly suitable for families with children, as most of the entertainment is for kids. If you don’t have children, the only real option for leisure is the pool. The food was very average, with only an occasional special dish in the evenings. The restaurant experience varied, but overall I would not consider it 5-star quality. From midday, all drinks are served in paper cups, and pool towels are only replaced every two days. The water park was a nice experience, but overall, this hotel did not feel like a true 5-star resort.

The food was really good. drinks we really struggled with, warm and only local beer, cocktails were allways far to sweet. there was no room service, i would expect to pay but not having the option was a problem for us. especially have a young child. swim up room are excellent. People - either fantastic or rude.

The hotel is overall in good condition and very clean. However, you can tell that quite a few years have passed since its last thorough renovation. The food is excellent, but in my opinion, the main downside of the hotel is the alcohol. All the cocktails taste the same and feel like they contain hardly any alcohol. The wine, honestly, is below any reasonable standard. The entertainment is generally good for kids, and the service is extremely friendly and pleasant. Overall, it’s a very good hotel. The main thing I believe should be improved, especially considering it’s an all-inclusive resort, is the quality of the alcohol, which is currently well below expectations.

Die Gastronomie ist hervorragend und abwechslungsreich. Die Matratze sind aus unserer Sicht nur in Ordnung. Es gibt eine Liegekuhle und man sollte sie austauschen. Der Spabereich (Wellness) ist super. Die Behandlung/Massage von Ludmila war top.

Disappointed with everything

Visited here 12th to 19th June. We were a group of five - My wife & I then our daughter, partner & 18 month old grandson. All-inclusive had never really appealed to my wife & I before, mainly because she is Coeliac, and we have a general lack of confidence with sourcing gluten-free dining when abroad. But our daughter really wanted to stay here, so we agreed after reading a few positive reviews with regards allergy care. So, firstly, check-in was a breeze. Great staff from the get-go. Excellent room with a sea-view, finished to a very high standard - And everything working as it should. When we went to the restaurant for the first time later that first day, we asked about gluten-free options. We were introduced to Cindy & Jessie (who just happen to be sisters). They explained they had a separate kitchen for preparing food such as gluten-free. We were given lots of information & sheets to fill out with my wife’s food choices (on a day-by-day basis for variety). Not only were we very impressed & re-assured with regards this process (again Cindy & Jessie were brilliant), the food for my wife was great. And for the rest of us, what we had during our stay was also very good. Food in the a-la-carte Italian, was fabulous. The hotel & resort itself is lovely. And everything about the service we received was brilliant. As a family, and individually, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would’t hesitate to recommend the hotel. It’s somewhere we’d certainly return.

Loma ylitti kaikki odotuksemme! Hotelli on iso, siellä on useampi allas ja meren ranta vieressä. Hotellilla oli 3 a la carte ravintolaa (aasialainen, italialainen ja kreikkalainen) ja todella todella laaja buffet. Vaikka all inclusiveen kuului vain yksi a la carte -illallinen, meille tarjottiin toinenkin hotellin puolesta -ihan vain koska ravintolassa oli tilaa. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja palvelu pelasi koko ajan. Huoneeseen tuotiin välipaloja ja pullovettä, minibaarin sisältö kuului huoneen hintaan ja sitä täytettiin ahkerasti. Vesipuistossa oli melko rauhallista joka tarkoitti ettei jonoa ollut ja lapset nauttivat. Ihan mahtavaa että sinne saattoi mennä tekemään pari laskua ja sitten mennä hotellin altaalle takaisin. Hengenpelastajia oli runsaasti joka paikassa ja kovalla tuulella pitivät huolen ettei liian pienet saaneet laskea korkeassa liukumäessä jossa tuuli saattaisi tarttua renkaaseen. Vaikka paikka on lapsiperheille unelma, oli nuorisolle järjestetty ”party bus” kahdesti viikossa, Falirakiin ja Rhodoksen kaupunkiin, joten täysi-ikäinen lapsi sai myös omaa ohjelmaa. Hotellilla oli joka ilta joku esiintyjä/show. Sieltä ei siis tarvinnut lähteä minnekään eikä ihan lähistöllä mitään oikein ollutkaan supermarketteja lukuunottamatta. Kohde oli n.35 min päässä lentokentältä ja n.45min päässä kaupungista ja kaupunkiin oli hyvät bussiyhteydet. Menisin ehdottomasti uudelleen!

Nice views, nice beach. We were there 1 week with kids and we didn't need to leave the hotel area at all: nice pools and water park and beautiful beach. Very easy and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay as a multi generational family with a young child but never really loved the resort - there is nothing I can put my finger on but we just could not warm to the feel of the resort- it’s good but didn’t hit great.
