Atlantis Hotel

It’s my second time staying here and based on the amazing service received once again, the location and the amenities, this hotel ticks every box for a comfortable and memorable stay in Zante. Massive thank you to all the staff, both front of house and the unseen ones that keep this amazing little gem ticking along while we all slept - extra big thanks for Markiss and Panos who always great with a smile and a kind word or 2 ❤️

Het zijn schone kamers en het hotel bevind zich op een fijne locatie. Het is er rustig, maar je hebt wel alles in de buurt. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bedden zijn aan de harde kant, maar wij kregen een extra topmatras waardoor het prima te doen was. Wij zouden het hotel in de toekomst zeker nog eens boeken!

Very nice hotel, very good staff and good location

We had a lovely stay for the 4 days, just me and my teenage son. The location was perfect, very near to all shops and restaurants and close to the main strip of Laganas, as well as the beach within walking distance. The room we stayed in was on level 0, it was clean and had all we needed for our stay, it was a little damp, not noticeably but our clothes felt damp when kept in the room. We stayed end of May so just heading towards the busy season, so it was still pleasantly quiet, I assume once June starts it will be a lot noisier through the night as guests come and go a bit merry with alcohol. The pool is good and clean with sufficient amount of sunbeams, just make sure you have your own towels. the breakfast buffet was great, there was everything you could want available;, cooked food as well as cereal, fruit, pastries and cold meats. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. One of the Reception staff in particular, Ross (not sure of the spelling) was an absolute star. So thank you Ross! We would happily stay again and I would recommend this hotel to all.

De bedden waren erg hard, maar voor de rest was het een goed hotel met een levendige omgeving.

We were there at the end of the season. Many restaurants and shops were closed. The people working in the hotel were all very kind and helpful. We had a terrific week there and we certainly would recommend this hotel and Zakynthos.

Good location, helpful staff, clean pool, expensive for the service, average breakfast, bathrooms facing indoors to corridor

Didn‘t like the room to be in the basement, it was really loud at night and in the morning. People walking, talking loudly. The room always had light because of the window in the bathroom leading out to the hallway…

Enjoyed my stay at Atlantis, good breakfast, good location. Close to everything, clean, nice and spacious room. Friendly staff.

Staff was rude, not helpful. Room door was open when we checked in. Loud with music playing until early morning hours.

My bedding felt damp. Receptionist couldn’t understand us… Safe was locked, aircon didn’t work, Asked for 2 taxis but booked us 1.

Excellent stay if you are under 21 and are looking to get plastered with a bunch of other drunks as well. - and then enjoying everything that goes with that - getting woke up in middle of night by screaming guests, etc. Very clean and front desk ladies were nice and trying to do their best.

옷을 룸에 놔두고 체크아웃하고 한참후에 옷이 없어졌단걸 알고 다시 찾아갔을때 친절하게 세탁까지 해주셨네요 시설도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.

For the minute that we arrive to check in we had problems with our stay. We arrive for a late check in at around 7pm but still had to wait for around 15mins to actually get to our rooms. As it appear our room wasn’t ready although check in time was at 1pm. There was also a 50Euros deposit that you have to pay on arrival. This was unexpected and not mention on our booking confirmation. We were very disappointed as this eat out from our holiday budget as we would only received it back on our last day. Meaning that we had to use our bank cards and pay for an exchange fee. It was also very hard to understand what was going on at the time of check in as the music from their bar was way too loud. At the time we were thinking this would only be until the pool closed which was at 8pm however the music was still going on and unbearable especially after a full day of travelling. We finally had enough at call reception at around 10pm to complain about the noise levels. This is something that happen pretty much every evening which was extremely disappointing for us as we wanted a much quieter atmosphere in our room. The bathroom in our room was horrible. From the very poorly cleaned shower to the toilet roll holder that was broken which mean that the toilet roll was left on top of the actual loo. For a big hotel like this you would think that they would be able to fix something very small such as this. Also, the hotel doesn’t provide guests with pool towels for your stay.

It was a nice located clean place. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Angela, Jenny, the lady at the bar, the electrician were very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely come back :-) Keep up the good work!

Excellent hotel and excellent service.

Accommodation was a good size, modern, clean and COVID precautions were taken seriously. A quiet location but easily walkable to shops, clubs and beach.
