フロントスタッフ及び朝食サービス（美味しかった）の方々など、とても親切で、快適でした。部屋も広く、エアコンも温度調整が可能で、ゆっくりとした滞在ができました。空港からのバス（料金 2.5ユーロ）でバスセンター経由にてホテルに向かいました。スターバックスの手前を左に曲がり、ゆるい坂を上がっていくと右手にすぐホテルへの階段があります。バスセンターから 7, 8 分です。ここのホテルは２度目です。オーシャンビューの部屋ではなかったので予約時に頼んでおけばよかったです。次回を楽しみにしています。

This is in the center of the first block in Old Town. The pace is quiet even though there are a lot of people in the street. There are no cars in the street. And, the walls are stone and with doors closed you can't hear any noise. The place is spotless clean. And, the breakfast is the best I've had any in hotel in over 20 countries! The host was great to anticipate anything that I could think of wanting! I'd come back here just to stay here!

This hotel was lovely. Our room had a deck facing right onto the harbor of the Venetian old town and it was gorgeous. The breakfast that was served to our rooms daily as part of the daily rate was delicious. It was right in the heart of everything so amazing restaurants and shops were right out the door. The downside to that is it was loud at night with the bars below but it didn't keep us up after the long busy days. Also there are no cars in the old town so if you plan to rent a car, prepare for a bit of a hike to park. But worth it for the location and great place.

Wow. This place was excellent. George was a great host and everything was super convenient. Strongly recommend the shuttle from the airport. Absolutely perfect location and great views.

The perfect place to stay in Chania, wonderful rooms , great views and the tasty breakfast were the highlight of our trip. George and Christos were going above and beyond to help us with everything. Highly recommend to stay here.

ハニアで開催された会議に出席するために宿泊しました。とてもきれいで素敵な宿でした。フロントが24時間体制ではないので、チェックインとチェックアウトの時間については事前に連絡・打合せをする必要がありますが、問題なくしっかり対応してくれます。朝食はベランダに運んでもらい、優雅に食べることができました。部屋も広くて、WIFIも快適でした。街も美しく、プライベートで再度訪れたいです。

Belmondo is one of the hotels situated in the port area of Chania. The location is truly great, right in the middle of everything, with rooms overlooking the water. The main inconvenience is that there is practically no parking in the vicinity, so you'll have to walk for at least 15-20 minutes to the nearest parking lot. Not to say, that even if you find a spot you'll risk a fine because most parkings in this area are "for residents only"! There is also no elevator, which is pretty common for the old buildings in this area, so be warned if you carry heavy luggage or have bad knees. The rooms are kind of romantic and nice, but the furnishings are very outdated and truly worn out. When it comes to cleanness, that leaves much to be desired. Bed covers are truly old and stained. And while they claim to clean your room every day, you don't really see much of it. All they practically do is change your towels (only if you ask for it!) and straighten up your bedding. They don't clean the floor, the toilet, the shower, or the sink. We stayed there for a week and in a week not even once the toilet was cleaned! Personnel is also a little edgy if you dare ask for something. One evening I remember asking the receptionist if I could get a set of clean towels because I forgot to leave them on the floor in the morning. He asked me if it has been 3 days since I had them changed because they don't change the towels every day. In the end he gave me new towels, but not after a little fuss.

Excellent room and service, breakfast on the balcony overlooking the harbour was a very nice touch, for us the loud club music wasn’t so good. Overall we had an excellent stay.

We were a family of 4 adults staying in room 202 top floor. The separate bedroom was ok,but the room as you entered on arrival with 2 single beds was very dark and drab.This was the main room with fridge and tea/coffee also it was the room with the only access for bathroom facilities just off it.This was not ideal for 4 adults sharing as there was no privacy,having to disturb mum and dad sleeping to use the bathroom of a night is not ideal.I did express my concerns the first day because the room was not what we were expecting and also there were no sun loungers on the balcony as shown in the photos.We we’re told none of the rooms had sun loungers which was a big disappointment.We definitely pulled the short straw,with loud music playing till 3am and only ever getting 2 cups,2 plates at breakfast on the tray when there was 4 of us,but we got around it using serviettes and 2cups that were in the drawer already.I would have liked another room but the hotel was fully booked. I will say that on a positive note,the hotel is in a great location with lovely views and friendly staff and they lent us an iron and ironing board for the week.

Excellent stay at this delightful hotel. A great location. Helpful staff, lively rooms and brand new bathrooms. Looking forward to my next visit.

This hotel is really something else. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a beautiful welcoming lady. The room was large and booked the cheaper option as only for one night. It has its own private balcony and you dial reception in the morning and they fetch it up to your balcony. Amazing. We parked in a multi story carpark onky an 8 min walk and cost €25. Will be back.

The accomodation is spectacular and room 105 has the harbour view with belcony. Highly recommend this hotel and the delivered breakfast is incredibly delicious.

Lovely old hotel with large private terraces for each room. Freshly cooked breakfast is brought to your room (but you don’t get to choose what it is).

Hotel Belmondo ligger i direkt anslutning till den gamla venetianska hamnen i Chania, perfekt med närhet till såväl sevärdheter som restauranger. Personalen är mycket vänlig och hjälpsam på alla sätt. Det är ett mycket litet hotell med en personlig och behaglig atmosfär. Jag har varit här förut, och kommer med all säkerhet tillbaka.

Great location and view. Can get noisy late night. Staff are excellent. Nice breakfast. Highly recommend.

Excellent property, beautiful views from our terrace, great breakfast with one delicious hot item. Right on the harbor, great dining options. Within a block there’s Namaste India restaurant just in case. Excellent front desk. We had a rental car. Parking is impossible. When I asked owner he gave me “Talos Square “ free parking. We drove for hour to find parking. Actually paid parking is even closer and 10 euros per night and readily available. Other than this recommendation it’s 5 *.

호텔은 모든 면에서 훌륭함. 렌트카를 이용할 경우 Talos Square를 이용해야하고 호텔과 걸어서 대략 10분 거리임. 주차장 빈자리 찾기 어려움.

We had a very nice stay, great staff and service. From the arrival attention was great and Breakfast was really nice. The hotel is conveniently located for dinning, shopping, taking boat tours and visiting the harbour. Very charming place and well mantained. Not related to the hotel but something to consider if you are renting a car, the parking around the area is crowded and the walking with the luggage from the parking to the hotel could be difficult.
