Breeze Boutique Hotel

Great hotel for the price and location.

I stayed at Hotel Breeze recently. The location is quite convenient — it’s about a 10-minute walk to Monastiraki, which makes it easy to explore the city center on foot. The surrounding area felt moderately safe, but it seemed more like a transitional neighborhood where fewer local residents live. It didn’t feel particularly lively at night. On the positive side, the cleanliness was good. My room was cleaned every day, and housekeeping did a consistent job throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience more pleasant. However, there were several maintenance issues in the room. The shower head was very difficult to adjust, and the hose was leaking, which made showering uncomfortable. The hairdryer was quite old — when switched to the second setting, it would automatically shut off and required waiting before it could be used again. The bathroom window handle also didn’t feel secure. One funny but slightly inconvenient detail: when I lifted the hairdryer, the bathroom telephone handset would fall off its place. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff are definite positives, but the facilities feel outdated and would benefit from maintenance and upgrades.

The unternet was off couple of times for couple of minutes. One morning there was no warm water in the bathroom, it was solved by the afternoon.

Room was freezing, AC don't warm up room, I was moved to a tiney room on the first floor , Hotel is not ready for prime time The staff were wonderful and helpful

Large rooms, great breakfast, and helpfull staff.

一点だけ最悪な出来事がありました。 ３日目は疲労を感じたので１３時頃部屋に戻って休んでいたら、何とレストランのスタッフ(少なくとも２名)が、私が不在で広い客室で休憩しようとでも思ったのか、ホテルのマスターキーを使って私がいる部屋の扉を開けました。 私がいることに気付かず入ろうとしてきたので扉に近づいて大声を上げたら入らずに出ていきました。 ギリシャでは(それともホテル業界では?)、客室で休暇するのは普通の事なのでしょうか。空いてる部屋ならまだしも、外出中だから入っちゃえと思っていたのかと思うと最悪の気分になりました。

Tolles Personal!

Very hot, no air conditioning even though they say they do. Food was pretty mid though decent variety.

Location is in shady area. Whole hotel centrally air conditioned so no control whatsoever on ropm temperature. Room was like oven. When complained, they said no control over it. I had to wet the towels to wrap myself around. Whole noght no sleep.

Nice comfortable room. very helpful, friendly and attentive staff. Nice breakfast. The location of the hotel is in a rough place. We didnt feel safe going out in the evening.

Friendly lobby staff was helpful

The room was ok. The staff very kind Very noisy room you feel your bed us situated in the middle of the street.

AC does not work. Elevator broken

Nice personelen, good services, 10 minuten lopen komt je bij de meeste bezienswaardigheden van Athene.

Very helpful staff. They made our stay very enjoyable. There was some difference in the description provided at time of booking from the rooms available.

Ligger centralt! Lite ruffigt område. Något slitna möbler i receptionen. Mycket bra frukost.

Très bien situé pour visiter à pieds

We traveled a family of four (2 adults & 2 teenagers) The room we received had a king size bed and two single beds, one on each side of the main bed what didn’t leave too much space to walk between them. Having said that, there was enough space in the room for the trolleys and personal bags (we had 4 of each). The down side in the room was that the wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom was a thick not see through glass and there was no real privacy when taking a shower and when the light was turned on in the bathroom it lit the bedroom as well. There was a mini bar in the room which was very convenient to store food. A big bottle of water was replaced daily when the room was cleaned. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The area is pretty good. Public transportation within three blocks, shops and restaurants near by. 15 minute walk to Monastiraki Square. At night we felt a bit uncomfortable walking around near the hotel though. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Soggiorno perfetto, posizione eccellente a 3 minuti a piedi dalla metro e a poche fermate dal centro; dintorni dell'hotel non ideali la sera, meglio prestare attenzione e passare sulle vie principali e trafficate. Colazione internazionale ottima, con vasta scelta di dolce e salato
