Shower was not as clean

Good. Very good

As we entered the lobby, it didn't seem so unusual for any crown plaza. But the staff at the lobby and the room as we entered was horrible. Room was not even old,shabby,broken,unkept,small,dirty but not to be included into any star category.My unproven guess would be they are in the process of renovation since the bathroom was renovated.WE lost $700 euroes that night to check out the same evening in couple of hours to rent a new place , all the trouble, and the front office gentleman did not allow us to check out ,therefore we just had to leave.He said to come back the next day n talk to the front office manager for the check out. Unusual for any crown plaza or IHG hotel. Very rude staff. We even thought of cancelling the whole trip.WE even requested him for an upgrade of any higher level. We were trying our best to keep the spirit n solve the problem. But he was neither willing or cooperative.

Liked the hotel and restaurant. Would like more (brighter) lghts in the room. Prefer walkin shower with a full door.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room doors stay open, are not spring loaded to close.

Outdated rooms with strange smell. Beds were of average comfort. Welcoming staff but don’t know if I would stay here longer than one night

Rigtig dejeligt hotel. Meget imødekommende, smilende og hjælpsom personale. Lækker morgenmad, med alt hvad man skal bruge. Gode senge og fint stort værelse. Poolen er ikke så stor, me. Fin til lige at blive dyppet. Hotetellet ligger i kort gåafstand til metroen👍.

This hotel has everything... staff was very helpful. Transportation was really accessible.

We found some staff, especially at the reception unfriendly. Rooms were rather small with no view, overlooking other people's homes. Made a mistake in booking this hotel.

Property amenities were great and the breakfast was top notch. The property itself is a bit old and needs refurbishment especially the carpets as you can feel the dust in them.

Albergo abbastanza datato ma funzionale. Prezzo corretto x 5 persone. Posizione comoda x metro e visita città. Piscina bella ma piccola.

The staff is very friendly and it’s secured. Restaurant was just ok. The food quality can be improved. Same breakfast everyday, no change. The swimming pool location is very good, but water is not temperature controlled, ice cold water. The washroom shower design is not compatible to take shower, water flows out.
