Kjempe fint hotel og service. Vi bodde der andre gang nå. Alt er perfect. Anbefales det sterkeste.

Alles war OK, sehr sauber, nettes Personal hilfsbereit, gutes Essen schönes Wetter, die judierte Luft war herrlich, gerne werden wir nochmal hinreisen. 🙂

The property is located on a sandy beach with a beautiful view. The hotel is about 15 minutes taxi ride from the harbour and old town. The staff were helpful. I stayed two nights but a longer stay would have been relaxing. I booked a loft room which was in two floors and I never used the top floor because of the stairs so we were in the room downstairs and the set up of the room was in a way the handwash basin was in the room and not in the toilet so took some space.

The beach was nice and staff were very good. The room was not worth the $1400 we paid. The outlets for phone did not work. The room phones needed to be fixed twice. No hot water on 2 out of the 3 days for shower. First day we had to run the water for 10 mins before hot water came for shower Having a bedroom upstairs and shower downstairs was so inconvenient. The stairs were not clean. The plunge pool was not warm but cold. I would never stay here or recommend this to anyone. It is not Marriott luxury at all. Very disappointed with the room. Felt cheated in a sub standard room for the price.

Our room was immaculate, with daily housekeeping, turn‑down service, and thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee, water, and a mini‑bar. The half‑board option was excellent — a generous breakfast buffet and the choice of lunch or dinner, all at restaurant‑quality standards. With two pools (one lively with a bar, one peaceful) and a perfect beachfront location, the hotel delivers incredible sunsets every evening. The spa is another standout, offering a truly relaxing experience. A fantastic stay from start to finish. Highly recommend — 10/10.

The whole experience is incredible from the moment you walk in the lobby door for the first time, to the moment you leave. The staff and concierge are incredibly resourceful. The amenatires are wonderful, especially their breakfast Buffett and their strip of the beach! We will definitely be coming back!

Everything about this stay was fantastic!

In addition to a great breakfast with a fantastic view of the sea, there's a lounge with free snacks and beverages, open until 10 pm. Free bottled water provided on a daily basis.

This property is stunning and the staff exceptional

Overall, the property was great with friendly and attentive staff, amazing food and great location. Able to accomodate our late check-out request at no extra charge. The evening entertainment was a nice touch.

The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. We were on HB basis and the food was extremely good.

Beau resort en bord de mer avec sa plage privée et 2 piscines. Chambre avec grande terrasse et petit bassin séduisante mais mais les chambres du rez de chaussée ont du être équipées de persiennes et de rideaux afin de garantir l'intimité, limitant ainsi la vue mer. Petit déjeuner qualitatif.

Amazing stay - property, beach, staff, and food. Loved it! The staff is incredible, making the experience even better. Location is about 15 mins cab ride from old town. The room itself is normal sized for European standards, the toilet/shower is a bit small. Sink is in the middle of the room (Cretan style). Definitely get the daily breakfast, delish! Pool and beach sun beds amazing. But the experience and staff was truly memorable - would recommend and stay again for sure.

Clean and lots

Facilities are great, as is the service. The only (minor) downside is location is somewhat outside Chania. Taxi is €15 and is easily booked by the hotel. We would definitely go again.

A wonderful, thoughtful and caring staff. We were provided great guidance for things to do and places to eat. Food was great. You can’t beat the location right on the beach. We had a rental car and it was easy to have it valet parked.
