Dorion Hotel

Leuk hotel, met vriendelijk personeel. Jammer dat er geen koffiezetapparaat op de kamer staat. Het ontbijt was prima. Een nadeel op mijn kamer was, dat je in bad moest douchen, en de hele badkamer dan onder water stond, de douchewand op het bad was te kort, waardoor het water er naast liep. Verder een fijn verblijf gehad, prachtig uitzicht op de baai, met leuke restaurantjes en een fijn strand

Altamente recomendado. Equipe muito simpática. Quarto espaçoso e bem equipado, vista do quarto espetacular. Detalhes da decoração de bom gosto em todos os ambientes. Café da manhã completo e tudo estava muito gostoso. Linda área da piscina. Conforto e tranquilidade como queríamos. Muito perto da praia de Ornos e fácil acesso de transporte público para o Centro de Mykonos.

I like the location, free parking. Nice pool. The shower situation is why I cut 1 star. It’s so difficult to shower in the bath tub. The glass partition doesn’t do anything to keep the water from going all over the bathroom. Handheld shower makes it really difficult.

Great hotel, beautiful decorated, big clean rooms

A stunningly beautiful property with great views over Ornos Beach which was a five minute walk away. Wonderful friendly staff and a good breakfast

Lovely hotel that gives you a warm welcome. Location is amazing next to a bay and within walking distance of restaurants etc A lot of swimming pools (4) meaning that you always have space. A little peace of heaven

Everything was great since our entrance till check out. Location is wonderful, staff were very kind. I generally travel with sail boat therefore not found suitable to stay in an hotel, but this one was cosy, friendly and comfortable. Thanks 🙏

I cannot rate Dorion Hotel highly enough. Not only was it an incredibly beautiful property and the location was sensational but the staff went above and beyond; were so approachable and very accommodating.

Good personal

It was a lovely hotel but the room we had (no 30) was probably the worst in the hotel as it overlooked the cleaning station and sheds and was out in an annexe. It had no glasses and also had no plug for the bath and only 2 drinks in the minibar when we arrived. The receptionist tried to charge 38 euros for the minibar upon check out but we didn't use anything - not great to be charged for something you haven't had. She waivered it but then proceeded to overcharge me by 15 euros for the tourist tax. I got the feeling this wasn't a genuine mistake. I asked if the hotel could pop a postcard in a postbox as I had forgotten and was enroute to the airport and not sure there would be a postbox there. It was all stamped for UK (just needed posting). She said she couldn't post it - very strange for a hotel and would have possibly changed this review had she said no problem I can post it. But hey ho. It was quite a walk out of Ornos and up a steep hill and no real amenities in the hotel for food/drinks etc. I wouldn't return here as there are much better options within Mykonos and near the beach in Ornos. It was a lovely place and the grounds and pool are gorgeous but it doesn't quite feel like a hotel - more just rooms with a reception area. The bar is an afterthought and staff could be more welcoming. Costas and Jana were nice to us but the rest couldn't have cared less - just going through the motions. Sorry.

Decent stay but good for short stay

Great location, views and spacious rooms

We stayed in a sea view suite which was a great size, had lovely furnishings & a nice view. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bed linen & the hotel itself was clean & had a really nice feel to it with several pool areas. We only stayed one night as we were transiting to another island, but would definitely stay here again next time we're in Mykonos. It was our Wedding Anniversary the night we stayed & the fresh flowers in the room & complimentary bottle of wine were a really nice touch. The hotel team were all very friendly & helpful.

Excellent hotel!

This is a 24 room boutique hotel 10 mins walk from Ornos beach and a 15 min bus ride to Mykonos town on the bus. It's a pretty,well maintained property with great views of the bay. It has a nice pool with padded sunbeds plus another 3 smaller pools around the property. Staff were excellent with nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was very good and costs 20 Euro each which is far better value than you get in Ornos.

This property is just beautiful - so nicely decorated. The lobby feels like a living room - very inviting. The rooms are just as beautiful. The best attribute of this property is the people. Just so kind, knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Very dedicated to excellence.
