I found the breakfast to be very satisfying with ample options for everyone. The room was in great condition considering the age of the original structure. The only thing that didn’t rate outstanding to me was the comfort of the sheets, they were rougher than I prefer. This is a GREAT property, staff was very welcoming and I highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Chania, select a room with a balcony…that was the perfect beginning of every day.

Breakfast was fabulous. I had room 7 with balcony view, only 8 rooms on property. Be aware that Old Town Chania is pedestrian only, so must carry your own luggage for about 10 minutes on cobblestones. There is no elevator, upon checkin there is staff to carry luggage upstairs, but no one to assist upon checkout.

Cool boutique hotel. Our rooms overlooked the water and was close to lots of activities. Hotel was friendly, helpful, and well managed.

Good property right on the water.

So let me start by saying we communicated with this hotel a handful of times and it’s a little bit frustrating that there wasn’t anyone there to assist us upon check-in with our luggage. The hotel is in old town and so we had walk our large bags through the narrow streets and down and upstairs. Upon arriving to the hotel, they do not have an elevator and a small young lady working at the front desk so once again, being on the third floor, you have to walk your luggage up three flights of stairs to your room. Upon checking out, we asked if someone could help us in. They informed us that they only have one person that does that and they have six properties they manage so they did not know if he’d be able to help us bring our luggage down. obviously there’s nothing they can do about the rules in old town and not being able to have a car and that portion of it, but then to also not have an elevator and not have someone there to help people when they’re checking in to get their luggage in their rooms and upstairs is odd to me. They even have a winding staircase that makes it very difficult and to meet dangerous to be caring luggage up. We also did not realize how challenging it would be to find parking the hotel made it seem like it would be very easy. It was not. And once again, having to get your luggage from your vehicle to the hotel was also very challenging. I will say thatAC works extremely well though, and that was the absolute best part.

View was 10/10, so nice to wake up to a gorgeous sunrise, location was excellent, staff was friendly, maid service was awesome, clean room everyday No complaints

Location is very convenient and accessible to restaurants and shops. Front desk is very helpful in booking our excursions and transportation. Booking the room with the balcony was a great, love the view and nice place to chill. Everything was clean and neat. The breakfast buffet was also terrific!

Lovely hotel super ambiance, great breakfasts, ideally situated in centre of Chania, reasonably priced, comfortable beds and superb cleanliness couldn’t fault it would definitely stay again. X
