Hotel Rigas

Panos gave us a warm welcome and provided valuable insights on local beaches, restaurants, and more. He arranged our transportation, car rental, and a fantastic full-day sailboat cruise. Our hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. One area for improvement is the breakfast, which could be warmer, particularly the eggs & a toaster to toast your bread. Everything else was excellent.! Thank you Panos for a wonderful day.

Panos made us so welcome and relaxed and we could feel the love from him and his sweet mama. He went out of his way to help with transport and recommendations. The rooms were super clean and the breakfast was delicious with home-made jams. 100% recommend for a stay in Milos! Perfect stay!

Excellent stay at Hotel Rigas. Property is exactly as described. Is a short walking distance from the town centre, less than five mins for me, so quiet but good access to everything. From the point of booking, Panos and Christos were incredibly helpful in arrange airport transfer and anything I could need on the island. Including tours, car hire and ferry re-booking. Thank you gents.

Our stay at Hotel Rigas was so amazing. The hotel is in an amazing spot in the islands capital, just a 15 minute walk from the ferry port. Eight when we got there the staff made us feel right at home giving us everything that we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean and we had a nice big balcony as well. The breakfast was excellent everyday. It also had lots of parking so we could park our ATV outside. This hotel was perfect and we would 100% recommend it to everyone that goes to Milos.

Great family run place to stay in Milos. Not the fanciest hotel but it was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again in a heartbeat. The brothers that run the hotel were very helpful and kind.

Had a wonderful stay at this great gem of a hotel! A easy walk from the port and many restaurants and shops. The brothers were great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great with a lovely variety of food. I would definitely recommend staying here.

hotel rigas, what can i say? this hotel is incredible. christos and panos are so welcoming and helpful. within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. the hotel room is spacious, breakfast is amazing! if i ever come to milos, this is where ill be staying.

I don't always give a full 5 stars on my reviews, just because I know there is always room for improvement, but because of our experience here at Hotel Rigas, I will give it a solid 5! Starting with the location. It is located not far from the port of Milos you can walk from it. It may be about a 10-15 minute walk; that was our plan, but when we arrived, it was so hot that we took a taxi. It is near restaurants, bars, and a mini-market where you can purchase snacks and necessities. The hotel is across the street from the water; depending on which unit you get, you may have a view of the water. The room we got was on the side of the front of the hotel with a balcony with a view of an empty lot, where I enjoyed hanging out and watching the sunrise and listening to the birds chirping. We are a family of four, including two children, ages 14 and 12. Our room has a queen-sized bed, a bunk bed, and, as I mentioned, a balcony. Even with the bunkbeds, the room was still spacious and had plenty of room for our four luggage. The room was clean and very cozy. They had some nice small touches, like having a white wine with two glasses on the table and water in the mini-fridge, which was refreshing when we arrived in hot weather. What stood out the most were the owners! Panos was always there to help us with recommendations, and so was his brother Kristoff and their sweet mother! They even gave us cookies before we left! I do not have enough space to write more.

I split my time in Milos between two hotels. This quaint and very basic hotel was about a 10 minute walk to town/port. There is a beach with sun beds a 5 minute walk away. Our room was large with a comfortable bed, was clean and had a small kitchenette but no tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was a good size but the shower was exceptionally small. Only body/hair wash was provided. Breakfast was fresh but was below average in terms of choice. The only hot food was eggs - scrambled one day then fried for the next two days. The hotel offered an all day boat trip around the island but there are lots of other options in town so shop around. I was disappointed with this hotel, especially the overinflated price for a basic two star hotel with no facilities and a one star breakfast - my fault for booking it! I didn’t find the location to my liking either. There are better and cheaper hotels to be found in Milos town centre and I’m glad I stayed in one for my last three nights on this lovely island.
