Grat staff, great room, great food, great view - Great Place!

We had a great time here. Breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were nice so is the pool.

We stayed for 3 nights to end our holiday and the hotel is definitely not 5* standard. - Most of the staff are helpful / polite; we had an issue with the main reception staff who were really unhelpful and it was very much shrug shoulders and ‘there is nothing we can do’, however the bar man was very helpful and couldn’t have been nicer. - We had access to the adults only suites pool, which we were so grateful after seeing how chaotic and crowded the other two pools were. - We thought the breakfast was really random and the worst we had during our holiday. They would serve the leftover food from the restaurant (great for saving food waste) but meant one day there were sprouts and carrots as well as Mexican tacos. We don’t eat meat and couldn’t have an omelette as they use one pan to cook the meat before putting the egg in. Just a basic lack of understanding different diets. It all felt quite processed and unhealthy breakfast overall. - There is a gym, it’s very old and although serves a purpose could do with updating. Also you can’t use until 9am, which makes it tight time wise for breakfast. - The room we had was run down and the hotel overall is in need of TLC in places. We were disappointed and also overheard people around the pool saying the same. - the bus stop is directly outside which is great. - the view is beautiful and there is a beach on site. We wouldn’t stay again though and felt for the money it wasn’t worth it.

We had a fantastic week at Kassandra Bay - it was incredibly relaxing and the staff were absolutely lovely. The location was perfect and the food/ restaurant options were really good. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Everyone and I mean everyone was so helpful! Any questions we had were addressed immediately! Customer service everywhere from the bar to the restaurants to the wonderful reception and cleaning etc.were superb! Pleasant experience.

Hotel very large. Beach not great & beach chairs uncomfortable. Staff very good. Only ate breakfast at hotel as hired a car to see the island Too many British clientele

OK place to stay with own Sandy beach. Hotel room ok but with pokey upstairs bedroom with hard mattress and pillows in Queen sized bed. Good access to public bus to town.

Very nice facility, beautiful large rooms and balcony. Super friendly and nice staff. Highly recommend it.

Very relaxing, great service, especially George and George’s beach service, clean and amazing food! Highly Recommend for adult and / or family travel.

Convenient, friendly and accommodating

This property was clean and lovely! They provide a delicious breakfast daily with professional and friendly staff! The views are amazing and the pool is great as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Great resort and stay….staff, food and property were wonderful!

The property is fantastic. Very well kept. The food was very good and the choices for dining were great. What I also liked was there was always an umbrella and chairs available. There was also a water taxi on property to take you to town. KBR has a very good reputation on the island and restaurants and other businesses go out of their way to please it’s guests! However, what makes this property five star is its staff. I can’t say enough about them. The manager very active in the resort. He was everywhere making sure guests were happy. The front staff (Arianthi and Christo) made sure we had everything and booked our excursions. Thank you to all!

An okay property, but the room was nowhere close to what was advertised! Lights where burt out, furniture was missing and generally the room was not for standards of a five star hotel
