Kerkyra Blue Hotel & Spa

This is an all inclusive property. The buffet was good and had lots of options but it was not what we would want to eat for dinner three nights. When we checked in we requested a reservation for both restaurants and were told they were both booked all the nights we were staying. This was very disappointing. We were able to get into the Japanese restaurant off the waiting list but not the Greek restaurant so we went into Old Town and ate dinner two nights. Everything else was above our expectations and we would recommend this property if you want an all inclusive.

Lovely stay here in October 24. Pros were the excellent condition and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. Staff very friendly and great food and drink options. One negative for us was the cold pool, which is a shame as the pool itself is large and the focal point of the hotel during the day. Fine for us but wasn't great for our young boy who didn't enjoy the cold. Beach area feels a bit neglected as its away from main area of hotel, but not a lot of activity going on there.

Fünf Sterne werden vom Hotel aufgerufen. An fünf Sternen messen wir es. Die Aussicht ist hervorragend. Zwei schöne Pools und zahlreiche Liegen. Die Zimmer sind ok, entsprechen meiner Ansicht aber eher einem 3-Sterne Niveau. Vom Getränke- und Nahrungsangebot erwarte ich bei einem 5-Sterne all-inclusive Hotel deutlich mehr. Das Angebot des täglichen Buffets erfährt wenig Variation. Die angebotenen Weine sind sehr einfach, um es milde auszudrücken. Da erwarte ich deutlich mehr. Weine für weniger als 5 Euro in einem 5-Sterne Hotel ??? Mehr als 400 Euro pro Nacht sind deutlich zuviel für das Gebotene. Zum Glück waren wir nur wenige Nächte dort. Das nächste Mal werden wir wieder in die Türkei reisen, da liegt der Qualitätsstandard wesentlich höher.

My husband and I and our adult daughter spent 3 nights here in a triple room and whilst it was in the small side for 3 adults it was very clean. Our king bed was very comfortable however my daughter’s bed was a converted sofa and very hard with ill fitting sheets . After 3 nights she had back ache. The bathroom was very clean with an excellent shower. Whilst the food on offer appears extensive with the choice of 3 restaurants and a snack bar, unfortunately upon arrival we along with everybody else were told the only availability was in the main restaurant buffet. Both the Japanese and Greek restaurants were full! After considerable persuasion we were finally found tables in both and although the Japanese was very busy on all nights the Greek was almost deserted! The Japanese was delicious, the Greek less so although the chicken slouvaki was very good. No complaints about the drinks on offer and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. Lastly, there are signs everywhere forbidding reservation of sunbeds sadly this is not enforced by the staff and all beds around the pool are taken by 9am. Would we stay again, I’m not sure.

Food was okay but slightly limited - we were there for 4 nights and couldn’t get into either restauran because it was fully booked. Should operate an on the day booking system to avoid this

Really enjoyed our stay here, food quality was excellent and there was a lot of variety. We only managed to get into one of the A la carte restaurants, the Japanese, which was very nice. Service is superb at the bars and in the restaurants. Our room was slightly on the small side for a family of 4 but it worked ok. Pools were excellent and location is great, although you can’t really walk anywhere outside of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely rooms, very clean and stylish, pool loungers were extremely comfortable and food was very tasty!! Great service throughout our stay

We had chosen to pay at arrival, so we were quite surprised when they wouldn’t take euros as payment for our stay. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere under the process of our reservation that they only accept card. Something with the law, but we have stayed in Greece before and paid whole stays in euros. They have a rule about not reserving sun beds in advance but they don’t enforce it and the pool staff doesn’t do anything about it if you can’t find any sun beds. We found dirty plates in the buffet restaurant every day at every meal. We saw a “chef” pick his nose and scratching his beard at the “open kitchen” where they make the food for the buffet. The Japanese restaurant was so disappointing. The pictures that are shown online, is only of the renovated areas. Everything else looks old and ugly. The beach is the worst beach ever. The water is brown and 3 meters out it’s only grass underneath. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything from the hallway and the rooms around you while laying in bed. At the check-out I met with a manager but I only managed to give her two of the complaints above before she cut me off. I didn’t feel acknowledged at all. She tried to prove me wrong by saying that they had enough sun beds and that she eats at the restaurant every day and never sees dirty plates. Unfortunately I only have so much space to write this review in, I would have written more if I could. This is a 3 - maximum a low 4 star hotel. Waste of 5315 euros.

Brilliant all inclusive, great quality food amd drink. Activities to keep everyone busy if they wanted it. Location was a bit limited if you wanted yo walk anywhere

A lovely week in Corfu. A lovely relaxed hotel with lots of variety if you want it.

Lovely holiday as booked very short notice, my husband is disabled and in a wheelchair the toilets by the smaller pool were not that great to access as had a incline to it, it could have been better with a longer incline to the toilets as a few times his wheelchair got caught and one time tipped, luckily my husband does have some mobility where he could use his crutches. There are other toilets for the othe pool which are on the flat but wanted the quieter pool. A massive shout out to ALL the staff who were always happy to help out and were always cheerful and nothing was too much trouble.

Séjour agréable, le personnel est attentif, souriant très bon service, la nourriture est variée et plutôt bien cuisinée, Notre chambre était très agréable, vue mer et piscine.les cocktails sont de qualité, le site est bien situé proche de Corfou en bus par exemple, et pour rayonner sur l’île une position centrale. La plage est décevante. Il est préférable d’aller en trouver ailleurs sur l’île. Nous avons eu également un problème de communication sur notre demande de départ tardif (pas d’avantage sur ce point en étant statut VIP Hotel.com ) contrairement à ce que nous avions compris et ce qui avait été prévu. Nous conseillons en tout cas cet hôtel pour la qualité de son service, la propreté et son accessibilité.

Lovely stay. Food is lovely and the salad selection is vast- fresh and delicious. Also had low alcohol beers and great mocktails. 2 large pools with plenty of sun loungers and space. Best part is the phenomenal views looking at out. Staff and service top notch and the rooms are exactly like the photos.

I liked almost everything about the property. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The place felt safe. It was very clean, towels got changed every day. The beds and the sunbeds were the comfiest I have every known on holiday. The food was wonderful. Just a couple of small niggles, the coffee and tea served at breakfast wasn't always particularly hot. The sunbeds were reserved and whilst the hotel said it was not allowed, did nothing to address it. It was hard to find an area outside away from other guests who smoked.

Zeer goed hotel met super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Erg lekker en gevarieerd eten. Alles is erg schoon en de ligbedden aan het zwembad zijn super. Ook zitten de hotelgasten niet op elkaar, genoeg plaats aan het zwembad. De animatie kon beter maar het was wel einde seizoen, dus misschien was de scherpte er wat af.

We had a fantastic time at here, the food was exceptional, with a huge array of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lay out of the hotel, pool areas and access to the sea was great too and it was nice to spend time in different areas(including the kids pool with my two year old) The staff were brilliant also, from the team in the dining area or serving drinks by the pool or bars or on reception or the cleaning staff. The kids club was excellent too and my six year old daughter could not get enough of that or the mini disco which was the highlight of her day... and ours ! All in all we had a fantastic stay there and could not fault anything and highly recommend.
