Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend mit direktem Zugang zum sauberen Strand mit eigenen Liegen und Schirmen. Sehr gepflegte Hotelanlage, sehr saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal, lediglich die Küche war enttäuschend. Die Auswahl ist zwar groß, die Qualität leider nur mäßig. Kulinarisch sind in direkter Umgebung die zahlreichen Tavernen die bessere Wahl.

We visited 4 beaches while on Karpathos. The beach at Konstantinos Palace is our favorite. Great restaurants just steps away. Very helpful staff. Everyone speaks english!

Great location on the beach, 20 min from the airport and 5 min drive from the town. Great housekeeping , very clean , great team and management and such kind and considerate staff and team members. Our stay was perfect, room and service impeccable. My daughter had a small emergency and Budi from the bar was so kind and helpful. I am writing this review from Rhodes and frankly wish we could have stayed much longer in Karpathos. Great island, beautiful beaches but people of Karpathos including employees from Bali treated us so kindly as if we were their family. Food was good mostly international but we wish there was more seafood. Thank you all and I hope that owner/s recognize their incredible dream team.

Personale molto disponibile. Hotel con spiaggia .Nostra camera nella parte ristrutturata, vista mare quarto piano, favolosa! Kit amenities un po’ ridotto. Colazione buona, deve essere più curata proposta bevande considerando chi ha intolleranze. Buffet cena: accettabile. Nulla di esaltante considerando che è un 5 stelle. Centro di Pigadia a 10 minuti a piedi. Suggerisco di noleggiare auto all’arrivo in aeroporto per poter visitare tutta l’isola.

Wonderful property and location, great beach, professional staff and extremely courteous. Good offerings were abundant and savory. Will stay here again without hesitation.

Everything was great-the only issue was the air conditioning was not good at all in our room. Also the hallways were really hot.

Struttura 4 stelle in posizione comoda sul mare. Non mi e’ piaciuto il cibo al ristorante e il trattamento del personale. Un ringraziamento allo chef Gianluca.

Had a wonderful time here. Great service and comfortable rooms. Our grandkids enjoyed all of the pools and large beach. The place is spotless and staff helpful and friendly. Bar service at the beach and pool excellent. One of the best frappes I had I. Greece. Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel and beautiful front sea view of the room we booked (superior double room in the new part of the hotel). Location is 20 min walking from Pigadia, the main town in the Island. Room was very clean, thanks to Konstantina, always smiling with us. Despite the good location and the beautiful room, some elements and services looked very disappointing and very inadequate to a 5 stars hotel. Here below some suggestion to the manager/property of the hotel. A bottle of water in the room should be more than expected, we received one only in the first day; I’ve asked some cubes of ice and the barman (really unpolite with me) and he told me that the ice was only available with drinks at the bar! Some receptionists, despite the nice smile, were not able to help us in more than one occasion (apart from Rosana, very helpful and kind!) The morning breakfast was like a jungle, the self service space was too little for the dimension of the hotel; We stayed for 14 days in the hotel and every day we had the same type of food, no creativity at all; coffee was the lyophilized one with only two machine available for the entire crowd. No biscuits, no cappuccino available (considering that the majority of clients were Italian), very limited fruits, no fresh orange juice, but only the lyophilized one, quite disappointing to be honest. The beach was tidy and the sun beds were equipped with thick mattresses, nothing to complain, but the available showers had leaking, rusty and old pipes

Sehr schönes Hotel. Das Personal war super freundlich, vor allem zu unserer 2-Jährigen Tochter. Die Lage ist gut, direkt am Strand. Fussläufig ist ein großer Supermarkt mit Lebensmitteln und allem was man für einen Strandurlaub noch gebrauchen könnte erreichbar. Außerdem braucht man nur ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss in die Stadt Pigadia, wo man bummeln kann, das in eine Treppe eingelassene Boot begutachten kann, oder einfach in einem der zahlreichen Restaurants mit Blick auf den Hafen die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Wir hatten eine 2-stöckige Sweet mit eigenem kleinen Pool. Aber auch der Infinity Pool und der größere Hauptpool sind gut gelegen und bieten direkten Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Da der Strand etwas steinig und dementsprechend rutschig ist, Badeschuhe hilfreich, sind wir einen Tag zum Amoopi Beach gefahren. Ein idealer Strand für Familien da man sehr weit ins Wasser gehen kann und die Sicht mehr als klar ist. Ausserdem empfehlenswert ist ein Ausflug nach Olymbos, einem malerischen Bergedorf in dem die Zeit still zu stehen scheint.
