Mediterranean Village Hotel & Spa

The umbrella by the pool (ringed in red) fell and nearly hit my partner on the head, just missing her by pure luck. It was not secured properly, and there was no apology from the staff. Food was poor, and cleanliness could have been much better (bird's nest on our balcony and bird droppings (see photo) had not been cleaned prior to arrival. A most disappointing holiday. droppings also on the tables from nests in the roof on the main external bar area by the pools.

I stayed here for 7 nights in June. The hotel was beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the cleanliness was top notch. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning sitting by the pool and beach. Highly recommend this place to all traveling to Katerini.

Très bon acceuil avec toutes les explications concernant le fonctionnement de l' établissement. Grande chambre confortable avec vue sur mer magnifique. Possibilite de diner à l' hotel

Family vacation. Excellent private beach. Nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Good food. Reasonable price. Good location.

Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Strand war sehr schön und das Essen war gut. Ich würde dem Hotel jedoch eher 4 Sterne geben als 5

Ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Strand gelegen. Je nach Strömung kommen ein paar Quallen an den Strand, sonst ist das Wasser sehr „rein“. Buffet international - sehr gut! Das Personal im Restaurant fürs Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr freundlich und unsere Hauptkellner ganz besonders. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wobei das jetzt vermutlich schlimmer klingt als es war. Die klimatisierten Räume sind uns bei den heißen Temperaturen besonders positiv aufgefallen. Ein kleiner Hinweis, dass die Strandliegen nur links und rechts vom Haupthaus kostenfrei sind, wäre nett gewesen. Das Personal am Empfang war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und sprach teilweise sogar deutsch! Sehr schön! Eines der wenigen Dinge die uns nicht so gut gefallen haben, war die Tatsache, dass das Reinigungspersonal in den Fluren vor den Zimmern die Müllsäcke teilweise in den Weg gelegt hatten. Das war eher unschön und versperrte den Weg. Ansonsten auch hier gute Arbeit.

Lage und Ausstattung hat uns sehr gefallen. Für Familie mit Kind(ein) ideal. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wenn es etwas zu beanstanden gab, wurde es umgehend geregelt. Hotelzimmer (Suite) und -größe war top. Direkter Strand/Meerblick, direkter Zugang zum Pool, eigener Garten. Multimedia im Zimmer: Top. Einziger Punkt: der Boden war an zwei Stellen "verwohnt".

We were traveling to Kalamata and have a stop here. Interesting hotel. The staff was very nice. Sunshine, first class beach.

Très bel hôtel avec très belle plage mais retiré de tout.Une voiture est indispensable (ou de très bonnes jambes...). Superbes chambres mais un petit bémol pour les moustiques et autres mouchettes qui piquent... (mi-septembre pour nous). Personnel très agréable en général mais anglais indispensable. Aucune animation si ce n'est un pianiste le soir au bar (mi-septembre). Magnifiques piscines mais un peu froides sauf celle à l'intérieur. Bonne situation pour ceux qui veulent visiter : Olympe - sites archéologiques - Météores - Thessalonique...

Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand und auch ganz schön allerdings stimmt preis/Leistung nicht. Es ist definitiv kein 5* Hotel und der Preis ist zu hoch für dieses Hotel

Essen ist gut, Hotel Luxus, Service sehr freundlich.

My worst "check in" experience ever, last 25 years that I am traveling. Very rude and unprofessional stuff, for sure not educated. Maybe they think that they 're working in a local camping, not in a 5 star resort. Check in process took place in the parking area (!!), they did not let me enter inside the building due to the fact that I was holding a triathlon bike (being there for a triathlon event race) and according to the stuff this was strictly forbidden (to enter inside the reception desk holding a bike with me). They asked me : "what will happened if there is group of 60bikers ? are they supposed to enter inside with all of their bikes in the reception?". Maybe somebody else, could explain that a group has a leader guide to arrange all these details, while I was one individual ! Somehow I had to do my check in and of course I couldn't leave outside in the parking area such an expensive bike. On top, I was suprised by the fact that no ID required, or any other relevant documents, during my arrival so no safety procedures is followed, in this venue. So imagine an overall real 5* star, check in experience : no ID control, forbidden entry to the reception area, "check in" out of the reception (....) etc, etc.on top no 3G or 4G connection, wifi was not operating and the stuff was simply answering : "we face some problems with wifi". The only positive issue (to be fair with them) was the late check out (15:00) due to our race, under the race Organisation request to them.

Perfect place, the staff behavior, beach, pool, only bad thing it was the weather.

Then lodging wasn't very nice. It was clean and comfortable, and offered many amenities. We really loved that the buildings are right on the beach! We got up to watch the sun rise from the beach and it was amazing! The only down side is that there are tons of stray dogs in the area that kept us awake very late because they bark all night.

ενα ακομη ξενοδοχειο κοσμημα!! αμεση προσβαση απο εθνικη οδο σε 10 λεπτα απιθανη θεα...ησυχο και με πολλες δυνατοτητες! ενα μπραβο στη διευθυνση και το προσωπικο που με σε σκλαβωνει με την εξυπηρετηση του!

Go there in winter and you can feel it ... just you and the ocean :-) great

Stayed a single night during the off season (November). This is more of a resort-style hotel so there were very few other guests. Probably more dogs on site than people. No matter. Room was comfortable. Nice views of the beach. Breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Dogs were friendly.
