Fantastic family stay at Mitsis Laguna. We're a family of 4 and we spent 5 nights at the hotel. The facilities were fantastic and the food incredible. We enjoyed the activities: tennis, ping pong, water polo, darts, evening entertainment and had a really nice time. The only things to potentially improve: (1) the room balcony was small and could only fit 2 people (2) there is one water slide - which is already nice. But having more than one and slightly larger slides would have been even better

Amazing stay! Great food! It’s extremely family friendly. Positive is that there’s 2 separate pools. Only downside was that the beach is rocky so couldn’t go into the beach water. Hotel, staff, amenties, entertainment is all top notch and amazing.

Hôtel propre, restaurants de très bonne qualité, plusieurs piscines. La plage devant n’est pas propice à la baignade, certaines parties de l’hôtel et chambres pourraient nécessiter d’un rafraîchissement!

Nous avons effectué le même séjour à la même époque au Mitsys Alila à Rhodes et c'est incomparable. Les animations, la qualité de la nourriture, le confort des chambres et l'établissement sont bien en deçà de ceux de Rhodes. Nous avons été très déçus et il y a peu de chances que nous renouvelions ce séjour dans cet établissement.

Merci au Metsis laguna pour ces vacances passé de 7 jours le personnel est vraiment à l'écoute, toutes les options offerte comme le restaurant à la carte et le buffet est très complet. J'ai rarement vu un petit déjeuner aussi riche et fourni il y a vraiment de tout et pour tous les goûts. Les piscines sont bondés à cette période de l'année mais le fait qu'il y en ai plusieurs offre pas mal de possibilités pour avoir des chaises libre et leur plage privé est vraiment très agréable juste en face de l'hôtel avec cocktail et nourriture à volonté. Tous les jours il a des thèmes au restaurant principal et c'est jamais pareil. Le soir c'est très agréable pour les familles car il y à des spectacles tous les soirs sur différents thèmes. Nous remercions la direction pour leurs devouement à toujours vouloir nous faire plaisir sont très à l'écoute également et nous avons rarement vu un personnel aussi serviable qu'à cet hôtel ci. Continuez comme cela car nous avons vraiment rien à dire... Notre retour en France est remplie de souvenirs et de positif bonne continuation à vous.

Great all inclusive hotel. The staff is amazing, good food and drink options, property well maintained and clean. The buffet restaurant has great food options, and there are a few a la carte restaurants you can also book as part of your package. There is also a crepe bar next to the main swimming pool and they serve an amazing espresso. Room fridge is daily refilled with drinks included in the package. There are bars day and night if you want an extra drink. There are activities for kids, but not many for a 11yo, but my son enjoyed playing in the swimming pool and drinking delicious virgin mojitos all day 😂. There is a small shop with beach/swimming pool essenciais with very reasonable prices. I never had issues with parking, although I stayed at the hotel most of my time. My son forgot his phone in the last day and we realised only at the airport. I contacted the guest relations and they were very helpful to communicate with another guest to bring the phone to me. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mitsis Selection Laguna (family of 4 including 2 kids 10 and under). The resort was clean, well organized, plenty of food and drink options and conviently located. We really appreciated the a-la-carte restaurant dinners/lunches where food is cooked to order, served steaming hot and delicious. The resort was easily able to accomodate 3 families who traveled together(9 people) during meals with large family tables that seat up to 10 people at the buffet (a nice touch for large groups to dine together). The drinks were well prepared. Staff was extremely helpful and efficient. All around the experience was excellent and left us with an great impression of the Mitsis brand. We are very likely to consider staying at a Mitsis hotel in the future.

Property is great, so many options to enjoy and amazing beachfront. Staff was very polite and helpful. we will come back here for sure.

Hersonissos is very chill. My hotel was fabulous- did not see a need to go out to clubs, etc., except for excursions, as it was all inclusive. There was nightly entertainment, 5 pools, several restaurants, and my own private beach. Very kid/family friendly as well as singles.

Lovely hotel in a stunning position by the sea. Had a family pool access room & this was ideal for us with two adults & two teens sharing a screened off area in a very large room. This part of the hotel is a bit quieter & you have reserved loungers &umbrella outside your room, which we really enjoyed. The bathroom in our room was at best tired, at worst, a bit grubby. Missing sealant, a shower head that wouldn't stay up, a sink with 'stuff' in the drainage channel and a visiting posse of ants didn't really add to the charm! Just a shame, as the rooms were lovely & this let them down. Food wise, the speciality restaurants were excellent, with a good, high quality selection and lovely staff. The buffet was a bit more mixed - similar selection each day despite advertised themes, lots of mushy casseroles & soggy veg - but good salads, a roast meat, pasta, pizza station. Bread selection was a bit poor - often hard & stale, croissants like bullets & desserts very sweet & gooey - but plentiful! Usually lots of greek yogurt, fruit, honey & baklava, which were fab! The beach bar serves gyros & burgers which were well cooked & tasty; the pancake house is amazing! Hotel grounds are stunning & well maintained. Lots of cats which hotel clearly feed and look after, which was nice! Staff cannot do enough for you - could not fault the service. So in summary - a lovely holiday & a lovely hotel - could be better in small details, but on the whole, a really solid option.

An Unforgettable 5-Star Experience! Our stay at Mitsis Selection Laguna was nothing short of incredible and absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we felt completely at ease, and the service was truly outstanding. Having visited numerous 5-star hotels in Greece over the past few years, we can confidently say that we've never encountered such a fantastic overall package. One of the most remarkable aspects was the gluten-free dining experience, which wasn't just accommodated but was an absolute delight! The presence of a dedicated nutritionist, available and contactable throughout the day, was a game-changer. We've never encountered such consistently motivated staff; every single person seemed genuinely committed to making our stay as wonderful as possible. They ensured that everything was gluten-free, and if something wasn't, they made it happen. A special shout-out to our housekeeper, Maria, who flawlessly cleaned our room daily and always left thoughtful little touches. The magnificent pool service also deserves high praise; it significantly enhanced the luxurious feel of our stay. The à la carte restaurants were of an exceptionally high standard, beautifully presented, and tasted superb. While the beach is quite stony, there are still accessible paths for those who don't mind. The hotel is amazing. Location, food, views and staff. Only one thing to mention, which ruined an entire day of our week. The concierge strongly recommended a “luxury” day trip to Santorini. We woke up at 5am, to be ready to start our journey. From the bus to the port, the ferry, the bus on the other side and all the way back, we felt like cattle, with literally 1000+ fellow travellers being channelled through hour long queues in and out of transports. This was such a bad experience that made me not rate this hotel with a 5 star. No need to overpromise, particularly when you can’t do much to deliver.
