A beautiful hotel set in a stunning area. Voula, John,George,Christopher & Stella are a lovely welcoming family who obviously take pride in what they do. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were very friendly

Petani Bay Hotel was our choice of destination for our honeymoon and we were delighted that we picked it!
The good:
- Excellent service and hospitality by the family and staff. I cannot stress how amazing they were.
- Quiet and relaxing, which is perfect if you're trying to get away from daily stress.
- Breathtaking view over Petany Bay.
- Clean and spacious room (we were in a junior suite).
- Plenty of beaches and beautiful surrounding areas to explore.
- Not many guests due to the small size of the hotel. This was really important to us.
- Though a limited menu, the food tasted amazing.
The bad:
- The western part of the island is a bit more secluded. Unless you rent a car, it will be difficult to get around. Luckily we did, but getting anywhere required driving through the mountain passes. If you're considering this hotel I strongly recommend renting a car.
- May not have been the hotel's fault, but on my Hotels.com receipt, it said we were going to be charged a specific amount for taxes. On checkout, however, we were charged more than double that. Don't have a problem with paying whatever is required for taxes, but what was advertised on Hotels.com did not match what we actually had to pay. Just a warning there.
- The shower in our room was constructed in an odd way. Showring for just a minute would lead to flooding in our bathroom which was quite annoying.

Soggiorno rilassante in una location a picco sul mare. Staff cordiale e disponibile, ogni mattina veniva preparata appositamente una colazione gluten free per un ospite celiaco. La spiaggia più vicina è raggiungibile a 5 minuti di macchina ed è tra le più belle dell'isola, mentre per il centro di Argostoli e l'aeroporto sono necessari circa 50 minuti di macchina, ma per la posizione tranquilla e la vista impagabile dalla location ne vale la pena. Siamo stati davvero benissimo e speriamo di ritornare!

Amazing hotel and facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful for everything we needed. The view you get from the hotel is just something else. Watching the sunset from the pool was unforgettable. Very close to Petani Bay Beach with excelent bars and restaurants. We definitely recommend it to everyone.

Para um hotel 4 estrelas, ele atende todas as expectativas. Não é um hotel de luxo, o quarto que fiquei é simples, porém muito bem limpo e com bom tamanho. As instalações também são simples, exceto a piscina que acredito ser o chamariz do hotel, com uma vista espetacular. A dona está sempre presente e é super atenciosa e simpática, disposta a ajudar e a oferecer dicas sobre a ilha. O café da manhã é simples porém gostoso. Jantamos uma noite no hotel e a comida estava saborosa. O hotel se encontra em uma área mais deserta da ilha, creio que seja fundamental estar de carro.

Bellissimo albergo per soli adulti con una vista straordinaria sulla baia. Vale la pena pagare di più per le camere con vista, con grazioso balconcino. Bella e rilassante la piscina, con i baldacchini.
L'unica nota dolente: dalle altre recensioni sembrava che la spiaggia fosse vicina 10-15 minuti. Per chi non ha l'automobile, ci vogliono 25 minuti a piedi in discesa e 35 in salita, sotto un sole cocente e sui tornanti a schivare auto. Il gentile direttore si è offerto comunque di venirci a prendere, molto gentile.
Colazione buona e con i prodotti (miele e fichi) del giardino.

This hotel has hands-down the most gorgeous views from a hotel I've ever seen. It really takes your breath away. The pool is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and kind.
This is a location where you will definitely want to have your own car due to very few things being within easy walking distance, but if driving is not your thing and you're willing to spend on cabs the hotel will happily arrange those for you.
