Everything very good including an excellent breakfast.

The mattress was incredibly soft and appeared to be as old as my grandma's bought in the 60s. There was no coffee machine in the room — abnormal for a five star hotel — and the receptionist refused to give me a tea bag and hot water. This is clearly not a give star hotel and should not be marketed as one.

Such a cozy stay! The lobby has a beautiful fireplace and the owner greeted us warmly and showed amazing hospitality. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and the made to order breakfast made this one of my favorite stays throughout our trip ! Comfortable beds and warm rooms , the owner even lent me her iPad so I could do some work! Highly recommend

The room was clean and staff were very friendly. It was a great stay. It was also very handy being so close to the ferry and train station.

We booked the hotel because it was listed as a 5star hotel. At best it would be classified as a 3star or 2star hotel. The pictures sell it but our room 801 seems tired and worn. The elevator is narrow and the doors don’t close all the way. The bed was comfortable, but the place could use some TLC and an upgrade. The rooftop whirlpool is not heated so it’s too cool to use in October. The buffet breakfast is simple but nothing special.

The property on expedia is 5 star. I'm being very generous in saying 3 star. I truly value expedia ratings but their ratings are way off. Every picture online is at least 10 years old and the property is tired to be polite. Positive feeback I can provide - Staff extremely polite and courteous. Location to port excellent.

Ligger fint hvis du går til fra havnen eller en vane som går i nærheten. Lett å komme til Pasalimani. God taverna rett i nærheten. Bra at det ikke var teppe på gulvet på rommet. Lurt å ta bort teppet i gangen også. Skifta håndklær og alt var rent og pent. Personalet var blide og serviceminded. Frokosten meget god.

Inget speciellt poolområde. Hälften av lamporna på rummet funkade. Helt ok läge. Typ standard frukost. Inte direkt 5 stjärnigt

Nicely located in Pireaus, about a half mile from the bay. A little too far to drag a suitcase to the cruise port, but near lots of restaurants and bakeries. Room was nice sized and very quiet, even though we were street side. Nice complimentary breakfast. The shower is a little cobbled together, with a hand held sprayer, but a minor inconvenience. Roof top pool was not heated and the water way too cold to get in to.

Our room was quite dark and tired although comfortable. The room layout was quite odd with wasted space. The bathroom was cramped and when we used the shower the first time, water went everywhere as the shower curtain was shorter than the drop and did not meet the bath! They changed the curtain immediately. There is a small step up into every bathroom which at first I was very wary of. There was no tea/coffee or water (except water from the bathroom tap or gym area) freely available either in the room or in public spaces. You could though buy things from the minibar or bar. I bought a coffee at the bar and the waiter was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent although the hot food was often only warm but the staff were friendly and efficient. We used the pool a lot, you have to go to reception to get towels then back up to the roof to the pool. The water was cold but it’s a great facility. When we arrived we asked if it would be possible for a late check out as we weren’t flying out until late at night and had to wait until check out day to find out if it was possible. On asking again we were given an extra hour but told we could stay around the pool, use the open air pool shower and change in the toilets. Not helpful when you have been in the sun all day and you don’t want soaking ‘swimmers’ in your luggage. A private shower in the toilet area, which was very clean, would be perfect. Glad we stayed here, due to the pool, however would not rush back.

Zentrale Lage mit U-Bahn ums Eck, wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet war im Preis inklusive, allerdings nicht sehr hochwertig. Pool auf dem Dach ist zwar an sich toll, aber alles etwas verwahrlost. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen angenehmen Aufenthalt
