Had a great stay. Maria is very helpful always ready when we complain about the ants in our room and Rafiq always had the smile every time we dropped by, telling us which bus ride and places to visit.

Has a brilliant stay at the Sun Palace. Any negative comments I read were totally unjustified in my opinion. Food was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was modern light and airy. Shower was excellent

Opholdet var udmærket. Hotellet var fint, men var præg af manglende vedligehold og var derfor at betragte som slidt. Personalet var flinke. Maden i restauranten var fin, udvalget var ikke stort, men der var altid noget, man kunne lide. Snackbaren/poolbaren var derimod god, der var altid 2-3 retter man kunne vælge mellem.

Perhehuone oli todella tilava ka siisti. Parveke kiersi koko kulmahuoneiston. Vastaanoton palvelu oli todella ystävällistä. Ravintolassa oli melkoinen vilske mutta erityisen lapsiystävällinen, lisäksi juomaa ja välipalaa oli runsaasti tarjolla. Vesipuistossa oli tarkat vahdit, eikä ruuhkaa. Lasten kanssa hyvä paikka.

We had a great time with the kids. Food was good, water pools were great. Not too busy.

Overall the staff were friendly... the cleaners should be topping up toilet rolls on a daily basis though there should be atleast 2 per day in the bathroom. As in they should be two in the bathroom overall. And top up if needed. I felt that the main reception and common area should be cleaned before 7am not furing as breakfast is served then and some people come and eat at this time. Otherwise overall was good sometimes though the waterpark would close 30-40 mins early then the time. But overall good hotel maybe 3.5 star hotel would rate it. Entertainment though wasnt great quite repetitive with bingo every night .

Bon séjour avec les enfants dans le parc aquatique et les animations pour les soir ( cependant pas très variées quand on reste plus d’une semaine ). Hôtel très bien situé à 5 min de la plage et du centre ville Piscine commune très sale et verte . Extérieur sale du au manque de civisme de certaines personnes qui laissent leur gobelet en plastique ou autres déchets par terre . Chambre assez spacieuse , la literie est à revoir . Matelas éventré qui s’affaissait et drap beaucoup trop court . Pour le ménage la salle de bain n’a jamais été nettoyé en 11j . Uniquement lit refait et un coup de serpillière au sol

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet établissement avec nos deux enfants. Franchement ils ont plein de choses à revoir, d’abord leurs accueil qui est moyen, le buffet n’est pas très varié et souvent nourriture pas très chaude. Nous avons testé les deux restaurants à thème de l’hôtel (Grec et mexicain) mexicain à fuir service lamentable et personnel désagréable tout est posé sur la table en même temps entrée, plat et limite le dessert. Les enfants ont appréciés manger un plat et nous avons donc demandé si nous pouvions ravoir la même chose. D’abord une serveuse nous dit « ce n’est pas possible de suite mais plus tard » et nous demandons donc à une autres serveuses qui nous indiquent que le nombre de plats et compter suivant le nombre de réservation. D’un côté je le comprend mais de l’autre être honnête dès le début serait plus adapté ! Ils feraient mieux de demander se que les personnes désirent manger sur le menu afin d’éviter le gaspillage. Pour le resto grec c’est un peu mieux mais trop de gaspillage et tout est posé sur la table en même temps également. Nous avons également testé le Burger house à midi, burger pas trop mauvais mais le service est lamentable car oui là c’est service à table et nous redemandons des boissons nous les attendons toujours. Au restaurant principal, ils sont toujours en manque de verres en verre car merci les verres en plastique mais bonjour l’écologie, manques d’assiettes ont doit toujours courir après afin de pourvoir aller se servir!

Ruoka ei hyvää, hirveä hälinä ja meteli hotellissa.

Kivat altaat, vaikka vesi oli kylmää näin lokakuulla. Huone ihan kiva ja perussiisti. Joka päivä löytyi jotain hyvää syötävää ravintoloista. Isoin miinus ruoissa oli se, että usein ne eivät olleet kuumia. Hinta-laatusuhde kohtaa. Edullista perhelomailua.

Sängyt korjausta vailla, roskia joita kukaan ei kerännyt miljööstä/puutarhasta oli koko viikkoon ja huoneet siivottiin huonosti. Muuten miellyttävä paikka ja hyvät ruoat.

I would split my review in to 2: Hotel and family room. Hotel - The staf, the service, the water park, the entertainment, the location and the outside area are all great and exceed my expectations. Family room (504) - The room was designed strange, the kids in a hall near the exit door with no sperated door to the rest of the room, the bathroom and toilet in the middle of the room with gray glass doors which not give real privacy and in the last part the parents hall. The metrics was not comfortable, the cleaning staff didn't come every day and the location of the room was behind the kitchen so deep frying smell was always in the air. To summerize: In total my family enjoyed the vacation and the hotel it could have been even better if the room was different.

sun palace staff from the front desk to the dining staff and the housekeeping staff were all great! staff worked very hard to provide guests a good experience. The property itself needs an upgrade and several repairs need to be made. The cost of the resort and the all-inclusive status make it work for all income levels and guests traveling with children. we enjoyed our holiday very much and utilized the bus stop right across the street from the resort to go into Rhodes town and to go to Lindo's. my husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay as well as both of our birthday's. We enjoyed the island very much. The front desk staff had a bottle of wine and fruit in our room for our 25th wedding anniversary which was a very nice touch.
