Room, staff, amenities :::: everything was terrible, I'm 💯 sure that place doesn't response to the minimum standards at this time. I don't know may be in the future it will be ok but fow now everything is terrible....

́la seule chose dans la chambre il n' y a pas micro-ondes, pas de machine à café, pas de téléphone dans ça où j'ai un urgent pour parler avez le service à clientèle, et aussi ils ont donné le petit déjeuner trop tard merci de corriger cette simulation.

Ce qui pourrait améliorer dans la chambre c'est que la doit avoir um micro onde et un machin à café et aussi ils 0

No AC, this is not acceptable

This was the worst and most dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, my husband have been staying there for the past 2yrs because of school seminar, he told me the hotel was decent. I took his words for it. The walls in the room was filthy, roaches, mosquitoes, AC time 3hrs max, fridge was dirty, shower curtain smells and dirty, the fitted sheet was too small for the mattress the mirror over the sink in the bathroom was on the floor and this place have no handyman to nail it back to the wall instead it’s on the floor, the AC needs service and does not cool the room. Thank goodness I brought Clorox wipes to do a little quick wipe down before I touched anything.

They don’t have power for all day & all night they need to change that.

Tres bel hôtel ,mais il faudrait faire des travaux pour l'isolation des chambres et la clim. Il faisait extrêmement chaud.

Le service etait du mauvais gout. Avant, c'était mieux pas meme une bouteille n'a été dans la chambre.

Nothing explains, but i don't like very bad bedroom no cleaning

I did not like nothing the staff was very mean they did not gives me no complimentary water the breakfast was disgusting even make my stomach hurt and gives me bad headache the room was having some bedbugs and the sheets was dirty was little blood on them when I asked to change it they said they don’t have clean one they have to run the place on a generator I stayed like 4 hours with no electricity morning and night when I call them they said they don’t have gas wow what am experienced I stayed there for my dad funeral and I regret it $400 for 3days and the staff meal was all nasty and late I would not recommend this place to anyone and the tv only have air antenna lol my Gosh what a waste of money I need a refund but I know I wouldn’t get it next times I would get a better one,

First of all the Hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the web site. The double room was small the two bed just barley fit. The closet doors and the dresser were broken. One bar of soap, no wash clothes, 1 towel per person. 1 pillow small per bed , the air in our room did not work most of the time, the toilet in the other room the toilet would not flush, finely after, I got upset with the staff after two days they fixed it. They only had 3 choices of food , chicken, spaghetti, or goat, the complementary breakfast was a burnt scrambled egg and a boil banana and spaghetti....but the fruit juice was delicious . The staff needs to learn how to count money and to figure t.he money exchange....they would give a total and then I would pay it , then they wanted more. The pool was a nice pool, but not good for a family. Every late afternoon the very loud music would start and last all night. A lot of partying going on at night with a lot of lewdness, I had to not let my mission team stay away from the pool. We only went the one night for about 30 minutes and a man and woman were having sex right in front everyone. So I guess if you just want to party and drink this might be for you, but I will not be taking a mission team or anyone else there again. They do have a nice meeting area. Hotel is quite ruined down.

I cnt complain just the hot water and I was sick before I came so the cold water didn't help
