Scam, fake photos, misleading listing. This is not a two bedroom, not even two beds, not in location described in listing. PM said it did not matter because I had two adults only on the search. I was moved to a different location and not to a room that met the description. PM offered to change my location but to another room with one bed one bath, late in the afternoon I felt unsafe did not trust PM stayed where I was led to and informed my friends and family in case something happened to me. PM kept saying there was no mention of a baby on my search so he decided a full size bed should suffice. Beware before booking

Everything was good over here nice and clean

My friend and I booker the executive apartment which indicated it had 2 bedrooms and showed a picture of a full kitchen with full sized refrigerator and freezer. We needed the full refrigerator and freezer because we were shopping. Two days before our projected stay we got a message saying it only had one bed. Multiple messages back and forth indicated they would put another bed in the rooms for an extra $20. I finally relented as they indicated a full kitchen. The day of the reservation I was contacted by another person. He indicated they had to change the room and it would only have one bed. Again...I was back and forth stating our needs for 2 beds and kitchen. He showed me a picture of a kitchenette that had a small apartment sized frig with no freezer. We were wearing down and decided to take it as it was only the one night. Next thing I get an urgent message from Hotels.com that my reservation has been cancelled. Specifically "...HK hotel group cannot honor your upcoming booking on 1/8/25. Occasionally, properties have to change or modify bookings unexpectedly." However. I went back on the app and they were advertising the same apartment we told was unavailable for the same day! If you do decided to stay here i would be aware of their bait and switch approach.

I reeceived just the address of this property, without a telephone or contact name. No being familiar with the city, the taxi draver also was not able to find the address. So I ended up having to book a real hotel since I could not find the place. Honduras is not a developed country with precise address and GPS systems don’t necessarily always work like in developed countries. So when people reserve your place, please make sure you provide them with a contact name and number, so they can call you just in case they can’t find the place. You made me lose my money for no reason.
