The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

Clean room and excellent service from staff, a gem of a hotel right in the middle of a raw and bustling, beautiful island. Mins away just walking from several restaurants, bars, pharmacy and shopping

Everything and everyone was perfect on our trip. You will be so happy that you picked this gem for your vacation. Great staff. Room. Amazing air conditioner. Huge rain shower bathroom. Large mini fridge. English tv channels. Guest only beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach towels. Shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower ( large full size!!!!!) On sight convenience store. Four great restaurant options. I was very impressed with La Placita.

Room was very clean, lots of food options on site. Access to the Mayan Princess resort amenities while still being in a small boutique hotel.

The staff was very kind and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the location is excellent. It truly is a beautiful property. The sliding doors didn’t work very well, but it wasn’t a major issue. The only downside was the very loud music played by a DJ in the courtyard at night. One evening it was music, and the next night karaoke, and it could be clearly heard even from my room which was not facing the plaza. Although the music ended around 9:00 pm, this was a diving trip and I was hoping for quieter, more relaxing evenings. This may be fine for guests looking for a lively atmosphere, but it might not be ideal for those seeking a peaceful stay. The front desk mentioned this usually happens on weekends, and unfortunately both Saturday and Sunday nights were very loud. I would consider staying again, but the music gives me some hesitation.

Staff were very friendly, the room was clean and we enjoyed the breakfast and fish taco’s at lunch were amazing! The location was also ideal.

The staff was very kind, the rooms were very clean, and the location is great. It truly is a beautiful place. However, the music outside at the placita/ courtyard was extremely loud. I could hear it clearly even from my room, which did not face the plaza but the opposite side (so I can only imagine how loud it must be for the rooms directly facing or above the plaza.) It was very upsetting because I spoke to them about it…. But it was still loud and made it impossible to relax. The hotel may be fine for teenagers or guests looking for a party atmosphere, but not if you’re seeking a peaceful, relaxing stay. The front desk mentioned this mostly happens on weekends but unfortunately, I was there during one. Both Saturday & Sunday nights were way too loud. I would not recommend this hotel if your goal is to relax and rest.

The staff at this facility is excellent. They really cater to me and my husband. The Front Desk staff gave excellent advice on charter adventures shopping advice and great location. LGBTQ2 friendly.
