Nothing good to say

This is the only hostel I was able to find in the city. The hostel can use some upgrades. The bed I slept in was caving in on both sides, so the matress needs to be replaced. The outlets near the bed kept on dropping my charger. I found one that worked, but it was not near the bed. I did not want to have to run to shut my alarm off in the morning. There is no hot water in the showers, only cold water. If we have to suffer, can they at least replace the shower head with a better one. It is cash only. You can pay in USD, but they will give you change in the local currency. The hostel also offers tours to La Tigra National Park, but when I messaged them via WA they did not repond. It was only when I spoke to one of the owners that they told me they did offer a tour, but it was minimum 2 people. That is all the information I was given. They did not offer to find alternatives. Overall, if you are looking for a place to stay for one night, this is not a bad option.

Buena atención

The kitchen was fine. The house is clean. However, they do not accept credit cards, I have to return home with Lempiras as souvenirs. They have two addresses and I had to walk from one to the other. It is not a long way to walk (if you are notcarrying luggage) there is no place to put garments or bags. The shower was very fancy and very broken. The personnel is friendly and helpfull.

Reservation was avoided/not granted. When I got there I was told that they didn’t have any available room.

No pero nos dieron un número de restaurante

La habitacion es buena pero se demora a inglesar, uno debe esperar en la oficina hacia que otro funcionario te busque y lo leve a otro lugar, se tiene prisa cuidado.

When is raining there is water everywhere shower bad conditions, need better maintenance

Deben mejorar en las camas ya que estan en un estado intermedio . Todo lo demas excelente servicio , comodidad , accesibilidad a los boulevares , tiendas, restaurantes .

This hotel is clean and somehow nice and in a very good location for people who is in United states embasy process..but the hostel needs more amenities like food accesible..tv ..a table in room specially ac..iron, hair dryer ..everybody could pay any money for a good stay near to us embassy. Thank you

Terrible customer service, with absolutely no respect or consideration. The staff is very vulgar and rude, and they're extremely disorganized with reservations. I don't recommend booking here, and if you do, make sure you have two other options so you can easily escape. Terrible atención al cliente, no hay respeto ni consideración en lo absoluto. El personal es gente muy vulgar y descortés, y son extremadamente desorganizados con las reservaciones. No recomiendo reservar en este lugar y si lo haces, asegúrate de llevar otras 2 opciones más para que puedas huir fácilmente.
