Mycket trevligt hotell! Mycket bra tillgänglighet med transferbuss från Hong Kong station, och rulltrapporna från Central. Fantastisk utsikt från hotellrummet, är inte det nyaste hotellet dock. Känns som man är tillbaka på 90-talet, men fräscht och välskött så inget problem i sig. Även stort plus för gym och pool, dock var det tyfonsäsong då vi var där så vi hann inte nytja poolen.

I stayed 10 days at Bishop Lei and I loved every minute of it. I think it’s the cleanest and quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff were lovely and it’s a great location for walking to restaurants and shops. Easy to get a taxi. I loved the pool and swam as much as I could. Fabulous experience!!

There is a bus stop at the front of hotel which go to central, zoo, peak tram , shopping place that comfortable and 24 hour minimart not too far everyone can walk but not recommended to walk from central at night Room quite small but full facilities, clean and good service

The hotel is a little dated, however perfectly adequate for the price. The rooms were smaller than a comparibly priced hotel in the same area, however the pool was in better condition and proximinty ot the esculators was a bonus.

良い点・スタッフは感じがいい・清掃も、基本的には行き届いている悪い点・山の上(蘭桂坊のはるか上)にあるので、中環などにアクセスするのが不便 ※特に、トランクを持っている場合は、タクシーか最低でもバスを利用しないと、かなり大変

While the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, especially with the cab driver who would only take cash (lending me money), they also would not print me off a map leading to the telecom shop when I asked for it. They said there were many around, and I got lost and walked around for hours. Also, the room I booked was sold, and they said I needed to upgrade (and charged me for this upgrade) I was tired and waved it through, but being that it was a mistake on behalf of their business I do not feel like I should have been punished for it. Likewise, the room (for whatever reason) was/is on a floor only accessible by the service elevator and not the main elevators. Weird? Generally the welcoming process, although awkward when you dont share language, could still be improved for a place that claims to be an 'international' hotel.

I like my standard room..over view to the main road..and accessible to transportations, infront of the hotel is the bus stop..or if you like to walk..you can walk going to the nearest mtr...the reception staffs are approachable and helpful..and they have hotel shuttle bus that can take you to their designated stops..pick and drop..
