It is a perfect transit hotel and the service is great. The drawback is the surrounding area is somehow remote, so besides the limited dinning restaurants directly oppo hotel, you need to take the free shuttle bus to move around. By the way, the free shuttle is good and frequent enough. In summry, good to try for yourself.

We stayed at the Sheraton during our 2 day stop over in Hong Kong and were very happy with our stay. Easy check in, free shuttle from the airport, the room was great, our kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We used the gym and had dinner at the sunset grill (expensive but the food was worth it). The only downside to this hotel is the construction going on all around it, it wasn’t noisy but it’s not the best view.

We stayed at the Sheraton during our 2 day stop over in Hong Kong and were very happy with our stay. This place was clean and quiet! The only thing is the shuttle stops picking people up from the airport at 10pm. That’s when the last shuttle is so if if you arrive later you need to take a taxi. The airport does help you get into the right taxi! The hotel suggested we take the shuttle to the airport 2 hours in advance because it does take between 15-30 mins to get to the airport. Great staff and great service! Room service was good too!

I really like the complimentary shuttle service to Citygate and back to the hotel—it’s very convenient. They now also offer a shuttle to Disneyland for an extra charge, which is especially helpful if you’re traveling with kids. There are also a few restaurants just across the street, which is a nice bonus. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making our stay even better. We love the ocean view!

The Sheraton Hong Kong is a wonderful place to stay either overnight or for a long holiday. The views from our room were outstanding and the room itself was so comfortable and cozy. The staff at the Sheraton are super nice and really accomodating allowing us to check in early and then organising a late check (extra charge) which we really appreciated. It's my new favourite place to stay in Hong Kong

I really like everything in this hotel I definitely recommend it.. I went with my two kids and they loved it.. the pool was amazing , and the house keeping Mandi was kind and friendly the best . She keep my room clean every day and helps with my needs.

Rooms are kinda small, and the phone system is really bad—when you’re talking with someone on the phone, you could hardly talk nor hear what the person is saying—really really bad. Since the hotel caters to international market, employees should understand at least basic English. I requested for toilet paper, the attendant gave me a different one, and some other stuff. We were six people but the accommodation was only for 4.

It is a perfect transit hotel and the service is great. The drawback is the surrounding area is somehow remote, so besides the limited dinning restaurants directly oppo hotel, you need to take the free shuttle bus to move around. By the way, the free shuttle is good and frequent enough. In summry, good to try for yourself.

We stayed at the Sheraton during our 2 day stop over in Hong Kong and were very happy with our stay. Easy check in, free shuttle from the airport, the room was great, our kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We used the gym and had dinner at the sunset grill (expensive but the food was worth it). The only downside to this hotel is the construction going on all around it, it wasn’t noisy but it’s not the best view.

キッズルームが汚い。散らかっている。 チェックイン時のスタッフの対応は大変良くかった。自然な親切が大変好印象。 それに比べてキッズルームのスタッフは悪かった。多分、新人かな。携帯電話をずーっといじってた。暇なら片付けをするべき。

This place was clean and quiet! The only thing is the shuttle stops picking people up from the airport at 10pm. That’s when the last shuttle is so if if you arrive later you need to take a taxi. The airport does help you get into the right taxi! The hotel suggested we take the shuttle to the airport 2 hours in advance because it does take between 15-30 mins to get to the airport. Great staff and great service! Room service was good too!

Long walk from the airport and you are in a bed. This is a beautiful hotel if you want to take pictures and look rich.

I really like the complimentary shuttle service to Citygate and back to the hotel—it’s very convenient. They now also offer a shuttle to Disneyland for an extra charge, which is especially helpful if you’re traveling with kids. There are also a few restaurants just across the street, which is a nice bonus. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making our stay even better. We love the ocean view!

The Sheraton Hong Kong is a wonderful place to stay either overnight or for a long holiday. The views from our room were outstanding and the room itself was so comfortable and cozy. The staff at the Sheraton are super nice and really accomodating allowing us to check in early and then organising a late check (extra charge) which we really appreciated. It's my new favourite place to stay in Hong Kong

I really like everything in this hotel I definitely recommend it.. I went with my two kids and they loved it.. the pool was amazing , and the house keeping Mandi was kind and friendly the best . She keep my room clean every day and helps with my needs.

Rooms are kinda small, and the phone system is really bad—when you’re talking with someone on the phone, you could hardly talk nor hear what the person is saying—really really bad. Since the hotel caters to international market, employees should understand at least basic English. I requested for toilet paper, the attendant gave me a different one, and some other stuff. We were six people but the accommodation was only for 4.
