Good service and location

Quarto limpo, ar condicionado 24 horas em todo estabelecimento, funcionários simpáticos, localização excelente, perto de tudo! O colchão da cama não é um dos melhores!

It had a good location. Washrooms were clean. Beds were really hard but they had lockers to use.

Very well located. You can travel around very easily from the hostel.

A great hostel

Great hostel, perfect for exploring a very expensive city on a budget. Only four stars as a member of staff called Jeremy was rude to me for no reason.

홍콩 물가대비 가성비 만족합니다. 다만 홍콩 특유의 좁은 공간과 특정 나라 친구들의 코골이 및 늦은 시간 잡담은 조금 방해가 있었습니다.

너무 잘 있다 갑니다.

홍콩 올때마다 숙박하는 곳! 더럽고 퀘퀘한 느낌 없이 깔끔하고 넓어서 좋아요! 벌레도 본 적 없고 매일 락스청소 하시는 느낌ㅎㅎ

Clean and super convenient location!

Trovare la struttura non è stato facile. La stanza era priva di finestre e non tutti avevamo a disposizione un locker per le valigie. I letti a castello in alto non hanno la tendina per la privacy o per proteggersi dalla luce delle torce la notte. I bagni erano poco illuminati e questo rendeva molto difficile truccarsi.

Overall, the accommodation was all good, but I left a review like this because there was one thing that I was disappointed about. I was going to rent a towel at 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 12. I asked for a rent late and apologized to the staff. But her staff got angry at me with her angry expression and tone. I submitted 500 Hong Kong dollars. But she said she couldn't lend me the towel because there was no change in the lobby. So I told her that if there was no change, she could give it to me tomorrow. But she said it was impossible. Eventually, I couldn't take a shower that evening. The next day, I waited until the lobby of the accommodation opened, and I opened it and went right away. The male staff kindly hosted me and lent me that there were changes in the lobby. I was so grateful to the male staff. I liked that most of the staff were kind, but it was a very difficult trip because of only one staff, and it made me feel very unpleasant. I hope you realize that actions and attitudes to just one person can be an evaluation of the accommodation and an evaluation of the country

외관은 허름해보이지만... 숙소 내부는 지내는데 전혀 문제가 없습니다. 다소 비좁을 수는 있겠지만 잠만자고 주변을 관광한 저로서는 훌륭한 숙소였습니다.

직원이 정말 불친절했고, 숙박하는 6일 중 2일은 승강기 고장으로 인해 무려 6층을 계단으로 이동해야 했음. 생각보다는 청결한 편이고 주기적으로 청소를 자주 하는 듯하나, 환기는 잘 안되는 것 같음

good location, friendly staff

位置很方便離地鐵站很近，公共區很舒服，住的是female dorm上鋪，除了枕頭有點扁，晚上隔壁洗澡聲較大之外都算舒適

Hop Inn是一個適合年輕人探索在地香港的集合處，如果你是想要和世界接觸，在這裡可以跟各地來港的背包客交流。 對於商務客來說青年旅社並不是最好的選擇，但對我來說已經非常方便。 很謝謝Hop Inn

One of the ‘long-residents’ of the place came home drunk at 4am, smashed the windows open very inconsiderately and when I asked him ‘why did you do that?’ He said it was because someone turned off his personal light. He accused me and then threatened to mess with my stuff when I was gone for the day. I felt threatened and unsafe. Everyone else woke up in the dorm and told him to be quiet. Multiple people came to find me the next day to ask if I’m alright. I told reception of this incident and asked to change rooms. I was told I would have to pay extra. When I said no, I shouldn’t have to pay extra as it is a matter of principle they told me if I had further complaints to call the police. I was also told maybe I can’t be trusted. Just very bad experience. Also the place is untidy, humid, in a very rundown building. Showers are despicable. Not social at all. Many old people in dorms (I’m talking 65+). Would not stay here again. Just disgusting.

Incredibly humid place so it means the rooms stink because ventilation is really bad, very noisy, showers were horrible (almost dribbling and 0 pressure), not social for a solo traveller, half the people were over the age of 60
