We were on the third floor and the water pressure was so great that the showerhead kept blowing off the hose. The staff was very responsive and was up immediately to check on it and when they couldn’t fix it, someone quickly came up with a new showerhead and hose.
Unfortunately, when my son turned the shower back on the nozzle on the new showerhead fell off, maybe it wasn’t tightened properly when they assembled it. I was able to put it back together myself.
The room was a slightly odd layout with the queen bed in the first room, the twin beds and desk in the middle room and then finally leave the bathroom. The check-in process was very quick as was the checkout process. There was a convenient store across the street and it was a short walk from the hotel to get to the tram station. There is also a Starbucks just down the street. For an overnight layover, it did the job. I did take a look at the gym, and it consisted of very light, free weights, two treadmills and an exercise bike in a small room.

It is an old hotel, but the room was quite nice, clean and well maintained. The size is quite spacious for Hong Kong. The hotel is in walking distance to Metro and Tram system and quite a lot food option and convenience store nearby.

住宿期间装修。天拿水味道很重，另人不舒服。牙膏、牙刷、浴帽等一次性用品收费。虽然是香港政府的政策，但酒店应该提供一套。收费可给客户折扣抵销。而且饮用水都要收费，但酒店可提供罐装水取代胶樽水。以上的收费不是很贵、比较起酒店房费。只是服务水准的问题。

Good value for money, but the hotel lacks a bit of practicality (for example there are stairs you have to climb with your luggages to access the elevators). There is no breakfast at the hotel.

The location is awesome, right in front of the bus station come directly from the airport. No breakfast, but you can find plenty of items around the hotel and just around the corner from the bar district, but it was really quiet. The room was big for Hong Kong hotel.

三张床的套间很宽敞，房间近期也是装修过的，所以还是比较新的。酒店餐厅在装修所以没有餐饮服务，但是周边有很多好的餐厅。房间的淋浴头坏了，所以造成了不方便，其他都不错。地点非常好，靠近地铁，餐饮。

Hotel room rundown, no, worned out and moldy . All electrical appliances from air con to hair dryer are broken. As were telephone, and in room safe and shower head.
We were on 4th floor and the ground floor restaurant was being renovated. Drilling noises and construction smell permeated the floor and was a nuisance- no warning when booking on hotels.com, no warning when we contacted the hotel before our stay, and no warning even when we checked in.
The poor front desk staff were polite and efficient to answer all our calls for remediation and to fix things; but there were just too many things to fix!
