Rhine Guest House

Very good location in center of Tsim Sha Tsui - near MTR, restaurant and shopping area. Clean room and good service.

Skulle være i hong kong i to dager for å se byen med familien (4 personer). Vi bestilte familie rom. Rommet er i 16 etasje og man tar en heis opp. Heisen osv er ganske greit men rommet er veldig trangt. Det er akkurat nokk plass til to i sengen. Men for prisen er det helt greit. Veldig sentralt og god plassering med alt i hong kong i nærheten. I tillegg er det lett med taxi, T-bane og alt like utenfor døren!

Its pretty clean overall, but the room is a little small. But you can't expect that much for the price. And the elevator wait time can be a little bit long.

Location is very nice. They clean my room every day. Staff is very helpful.

The staff was good and approachable. The room or hotel is small but clean and it's affordable for a solo budget traveler. Safe here. No need to worry. There is also a Filipino receptionist.

Room was a decent size for the area, most are quite compact. There was a window and working air conditioning. The room was clean and cleaned daily. Reception were very helpful and we're able to store our luggage. Facilities - water and microwave availabile.

Stay was wonderful for the price paid. Enjoyed my time there. Bed was comfortable.

Location very good but room very small so not good

If i could give a negative number i would gladly do so. We were not even given the same room booked and instead given a run down room under 'Delta Hotel' on a different floor that the management look after. The bathroom window and doors were cracked and taped together and toilet seat was too small for the toilet and only had water to flush every now and then. It looks nothing like the pictures. The walls were covered in mould and the tiles were all broken around the pipes connecting the tap. They told me the room had been recently renovated when i brought this up and brushed me off when I continued to question them. This was hard to believe as the bathroom door did not close so we could not sleep without the smell of the bathroom in the tiny cramped room we were put in. Booked for 14 nights and stayed 4 as my children were bitten by bugs. When we told management that we could see ants on the bed, they told me that 'the ants like you' which is a totallly disgusting response. Pay a bit extra and stay elsewhere. Be careful as they have other hotel names under the same group.

It was not Rhine property showned on the page. They took me first to a different location which was horrible. Then took me to another location. Also they charged 53hkd for cleaning fee when check in. This was a terrible experience, worst experience so far

Room was very clean daily house keeping location is great Herat of the city staff very kind.

Indian staffs are too good and helpful. In whole chungking mansion, this hotel was the best and clean

Staying for 4 night never change sheets. Charged for cleaning $25 CAD extra during check in. Never go back.

Too small space and lots of bugs

생각보다도 많이 좁아요

基本上這邊的住宿讓我有很好的經驗，房間內部很乾淨，旅社內部的營運也很用心。 這棟大樓樓下雖然人比較複雜，但是我覺得那應該不是問題。香港的狀況就是這樣，地小人稠，能以這樣的價格獲得相對整潔的環境，來這邊住個幾天辦一點事情，還算是很方便的。

旅慣れている人なら、許せる範囲内だろう。 10数年ぶりに使った自分としては、最初入った瞬間は愕然とし、すぐにでもホテルを替えたかったが、一日の終わりにシャワーして一息ついたら、『ああ、こんな感じだったなあ』と諦めがついた。 決して不潔でもなく、お湯もでるしトイレも水洗だし、けれど間取りが異様なだけで、それに慣れてしまえばなんとかなるもの。 滞在中、一匹の蚊もGも出なかったし。 でも、初心者の方にはお薦めはしません。
