What a saga this stay was!!! The staff was very unfriendly; the hospitality and customer service was the worst we've ever experienced. We've purchased TWO of their more expensive and, what was supposed to be, nicer rooms. They turned out to be extremely dirty. The carpets were filthy, the walls were dirty, all written on, the floors were dirty. The only positive thing that we could say, was that the linens on the bed were clean and ironed. The air conditioning was very poor and malfunctioning (while the weather was hot and humid). The windows and curtains were dirty and full of dust. We informed the reception of the rooms condition immediately after arriving and they sent the cleaners the second day - so they cleaned the carpet. They offered us another room to move into which was equally dirty (food dried on the carpets, incredible dirty...). The reception mentioned that they were aware about the poor condition of the rooms (!!!) as they were receiving complaints from the hotel guests. They also indicated that they’ve been having also problems with their management. But why was that our problem?!? They've never offered a discount for their poor services. Park Plaza Hotel in Budapest made our stay at their hotel very unpleasant. Will be glad to share pictures of our poor experience at this hotel. Never again!

Beautiful view of the Danube River and the Parliament Building. The Chain Bridge, St. Stephen’s Basilica and the Buda Palace are all within walking distance. Spacious room that is quiet. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Very nice breakfast with many options is available.

The property was clean. The room was very clean. Housekeeping staff catered your needs.Overall good hotel that has great facilities. The hotel felt like being in 5 star hotel, but it’s a 4 star.

Great location, great breakfast with good choice, all staff in dining room each morning were so lovely and welcoming and so polite. The girl who checked us in wasn’t very welcoming and only spoke when she asked for our passports and said room not ready come back for 3pm. That was it not even a hello on arrival! Can walk to many sights from here. Room had a great view but was a little dated in places and could do with some touch ups as damage on the walls etc. shower floods if you spend too long in it! We would return as great location etc but small things could make a big improvement.

Nice that it is close to the river and convenient to metro. Breakfast had the typical options for area and was a decent value for the money. I

The view from the river side of this hotel is wonderful. The location is great for doing the Buda side of Budapest. Only a few minutes to the castle, Mattias church, fishermans bastion and the chain bridge. All worth a visit. The staff were generally friendly and food was very tasty. Would definitely recommend it.

Conveniently located with tram stop directly in front and has great view of Parliament building. Nice spacious room with balcony, mini fridge and closets. Highly recommend.

Good location: easy access to transport

２泊しましたが、部屋の掃除をしてもらえず、タオルの交換もなかった。部屋がきれいだっただけに残念でした。 また、レンタカーで行きましたが、チェックイン時には地下の駐車場に係の方に入れてもらいましたが、チェックアウトの時は、フロントで自分で運転して出庫しろと言われました。回転テーブルに載せて、エレベーターでの出庫だが、操作の案内がなく困っていたところに、たまたま係の方が来て手伝ってもらいました。日曜日の朝８時だからかもしれませんが、車で行かれる方は注意が必要です。 部屋からの景色、ロケーションは最高ですが、それだけのホテルと思いました。

The location was perfect. Transportation very close by, from metro, to hop on hop off, or even just walking. The hotel is very old in parts of the building, which needs renovating. The manager was very accommodating, and rectified the situation. This location is walkable to both the Buda castle and the chain bridge on the Pest side.

Muy bien ubicada y muy agradable estancia

Incredible location, room had wonderful views from balcony - my room was overlooking the Danube, could see several sights. Everything is within walking distance but also transport links are close. Staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. Bed spacious and comfortable. The restaurant had incredible food. Hotel has spa. Loved everything here.
