The apartment was hard to locate, and parking is not super convenient. Roadside parking is not easy to find. The other option is to parking in the parking garage by the coast which is walkable. The plus side of this apartment is that there is a grocery store right opposite the property and attractions like the Hallgrimskirkja is within walking distance.

The pros first- location downtown could not have been better. Amazing. Apartment slept three easily. It’s a good size with a nice little kitchen and a great bathroom. Was nice that it had a laundry facility. It was clean and easy to get in to. The cons- parking is atrocious. I spent hours the first day looking for a parking spot finally settled on one that was a 15 minute walk each way you cannot park anywhere close to it and while it does say in the instructions you are able to those spots are full 100% of the time there’s no way you’re gonna get a parking spot close so just know that. The iron was useless as there was something stuck to the bottom of it we couldn’t use it. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t turn off so we heard that the whole time and somebody else mentioned the front door is glass which lets a lot of light in so unless you have an eye mask that could be a problem. Overall, I would stay here again. I just wish I knew the parking was gonna be so bad.. but I guess you win with location. And they were super responsive when I needed anything.

Very good over all. Good blinds over window but nothing for the glass in the front door which lets in a lot of light (we were here during midnight sun season!) - if that sort of thing bothers you bring eye masks! Amazing location, middle of ”main street”. Many restaurants, shops, attractions at walking distance. Stayed with family, 4 ppl, and it was not too cramped, with double bed + sofa bed. Very reasonably priced.

Bei Expedia haben wir ein Deluxe-Studio gebucht. Deluxe ist es nicht, eher von der Ausstattung ein gutes Studio Apartment. Beispielsweise war es nicht richtig sauber bei der Anreise und wir haben alte Socken von vorherigen Gästen gefunden. Das Parkett ist nicht fachmännisch verlegt worden, bzw. mit großen Rissen. Der Fernseher hat keinen Anschluss, d. h. man kann nur über den Laptop etwas streamen und das bei einem recht instabilen WLAN. Der Wohnbereich ist eher ungemütlich, kein Couch-Tisch. Ansonsten ist das Studio gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist richtig super für Reykjavík.

Clean rooms. Right in the center of Reykjavik. Supermarket right acros the road. Centrally located for shopping, dining and bustours. You can use bus stop 9. Large tv, king size bed, complete kitchen. Contact goes trhrough What's app and imessage. Fast and polite replies. Only remarks are: - Somebody used the fridge for fish. It still smelled like it. - This is a general thing in Iceland. Every house, shop building is 25 Celcius. So pretty warm to sleep in. But nice when you arrive :-)

Our trip started by NOT receiving the information to enter the property by email as promised. So after a day of travel we were lucky for the kindness of strangers to Contact the property manager and confirm the stay and get the information. This stress was not fun ! We asked for extra pillows, which were not available. And overall the apartment was well appointed and clean .

Loved the location of this property. Communication was EXCELLENT with host. Provided coffee was a nice perk! Easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. Apartment was spotless! Only downside was it was fairly dark in the apartment. Poor lighting especially in bathroom. Parking is an issue.

Right in the heart of where you want to be. Easy access to everything we wanted to do.

Super easy check in, very clean, comfy bed, nice pillow. Could use a few more utensils to make the kitchen a bit more functional, but was able to cook all my meals there and it was nice to be across from the grocery store. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Excellent apartments and location

Very nice room, and very clean. We had an issue with getting an extra towel, and with getting a late checkout. Also, hard to find parking. However, other than that, it was an excellent room, right downtown in the heart of the action. And, emails were promptly responded to within a few minutes. They have a washer and a dryer and provide laundry soap, as well as all the basics, such as shampoo and conditioner. The room was an efficiency, so we could have cooked. And, big fridge. It’s a busy tourist area so not the quietest location. Beds were comfortable.

The room overall was nice and it's in a great location for sure. Definitely a few issues with communication and the check in process though. I never received an email before arriving on the day, so had to call and get instructions on the check in process as I arrived. Was then sent to a room that hadn't been cleaned and made up. After a short while I was moved to a different room for the duration of the stay. Dishes and cutlery still sitting in the dishwasher, very basic amenities etc. Also found out the parking that is on the listing isn't actually parking at the apartments, it is street parking on the road out front which is paid and has time restrictions. I think you are paying for the location here more than the rooms.

I didn’t receive the codes for the rooms until I contacted the apartment myself. The codes we received were not correct and one of the apartments were occupied. Great location, quiet.
