The facility is a little old.

Advertised with hot tub and pool. Hot tub was broken with nasty water. Owner said it was being removed soon and no longer maintained. Dishes were dirty. A fully functional tv with Netflix was advertised. However nothing was there except a tv.

Comm was great until we arrived. Hot tub was unusable (no power & dirty), door was unlocked and could not be locked. Unable to contact owner upon arrival. All else made for an enjoyable stay; beautiful, clean property in a convenient location with easy access to area points of interest.

Loved staying at Sula Guesthouse! Everything was easy to find and such a quiet area. The only small things I would criticize is that the hot tub was not filled/working when we stayed and there is no blind or window covering on the front door (stayed when the sun did not set). Other than that - totally awesome.

Mooie lokatie. Ruimte in de guesthouse is eerder klein, maar voldoende. Goed afgelegen en weinig lichtvervuiling. Ideaal om noorderlicht te kunnen zien. Whirlpool niet gebruikt.

We booked this room because other hotels were fully booked. When I booked the room and those photos for the room were beautiful,nice and clean.After I arrived there it was so horrible.Everything doesn’t match with the photo at all. I won’t recommend anyone wasted money in Sula guesthouse.Also I tried to call the property manager to swap room.He can’t speak any English and he said will call me back.But I was waiting for the whole night no one get me back.Also the bathroom was so dirty and unclean. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.

Property has potential but ownership needs to care. Many small maintenance items are undone. The blind for one window was missing and when we called we were told sorry but nothing we can do. Pictures are of a larger place than what we got. The pictures show a separate bedroom but what we got was a studio with a cramped loft. When we called no response. Dirtiest of the 8 places we stayed in Iceland. Cat hair on the chairs.

The stay was lovely with easy self check-in process. It was easy to find the property and everything was clean. The views were stunning and the hot tub was great!

The website needs to be clearer that this is a studio/ 1 room cabin not 1 bedroom and sofa bed. We also found the place not cleaned or turned over from the previous guest, admittedly we were 20mins before check in but doubtful they would have been ready for us. I do appreciate they did arrange for the cleaners straight away and it made for a much better 2nd first impression. The place had all we needed but is a little run down.

Gute Lage im Golden Circle. Cabin 4B ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Tür ist nicht für Sturm und Winter ausgelegt, sodass kalte Luft in die Unterkunft gezogen ist. Keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit an der Tür. Es gibt ein Hochbett in dem man nicht schlafen kann, da die warme Heizungsluft sich dort staut und die Decke so niedrig ist, dass man Beklemmung bekommt. Die Dusche hatte undefinierbare schwarze Flecken. Es gibt tatsächlich einen Whirlpool, aber der konnte für uns den Eindruck nicht retten. Die Kommunikation lässt auch zu Wünschen übrig, uns wurde kein Code für das Tor Tür mitgeteilt. Die bei Expedia angegebe Telefonnummer funktionierte nicht, also mussten wir erstmal nach einem Kontakt suchen.
