Airport Inn

This was clearly photoshopped. It was really dirty. Sheets were dirty, bathroom had many issues and it had a bad smell. The area is also sketchy. The people working there was very friendly though, only reason for not giving 1 star. Do not reccoment this plays unless you are on a really tight budget.

This place should be banned. The first room they showed us on the 3rd floor smelled absolutely terrible, bedsheets were very stained,even had cockroaches. We asked for a different room. The next room was much better, but definitely nothing like the expedia images. But we didn't realise the water in the toilet did not even work until later. We told them about it, but they said to wait 20mins. We asked them about 4 times but gave up and fell asleep. Water wasn't in the morning either so we left and went elsewhere. Absolutely dreadful place

I felt decived, it was definitely not what the pics showed on the website and also someone stated it was 6 min from the airport, that was not true, it was more like 16 min

Splendid service by the airport Inn staff. The team co ordinates well and really have an amazing teamwork . Everyone focus on their work and make sure the guest is comfortable. I truly enjoyed staying here and will surely come back again to stay here

I did not realize that I booked my stay at this airport Inn location until I arrived. I thought I had booked the airport Inn Express which located in the airport. At any rate, I found a porter from airport Inn Express in Terminal 3. He was very helpful and contacted airport Inn International location. He took the time to get a taxi from the right hotel and stayed with me until it arrived. When I did reach my destination it was still very close to the airport. The room was excellent. I felt well cared for and would stay there again.

Great place to stay as rooms are neat and clean. Ambience of hotel is great. Food was also good except lunch menu was less according to the price. Breakfast was very good. Location was perfect. Overall great experience except room service was slow

Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a great lounge area and lovely decor. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, making for a comfortable stay. The food was delicious and the dining experience was enjoyable.

I recently stayed at the hotel airport inn in India and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is a great place to stay with excellent ambience. The best part is that it is very close to the airport, which made my travel plans much easier. The buffet at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The customer service at the in India was top-notch, much better than what I have experienced at hotels in the US. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the airport inn in India and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We stayed here as family of 4. We had an amazing time. The room was large and spacious with good view. Bathroom was also big with a tub and separate shower area. All toiletries were present. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. Kriti was specially helpful at front desk. Our kids had great complimentary gifts. Food was delicious. Thank you

Hotel was closed

There was no hotel. There was big lock on the building. Expedia doesn’t even check or verify the hotels. This wasted our time.. as it was closed and had to find another. Fooling customers

Hotels.com will do a service to the visitors by keeping this hotel listed but giving real picture of what a visitor may buy into by booking this hotel. I travelled from USA with my family and decided to make a stopover overnight in New Delhi. This hotel cost me INR 8000+ ($100). When I arrived at the property with wife and two kids, I was shocked by the whole thing. I left my family in the taxi to go do a reality check. The hotel is situated in an “unclean” neighborhood of Mahipalpur. The lobby had very dim lights to hide the filthy nature of the property. There was no one at the “reception counter” to attend to me. When I walked in, a guy sitting on the left on a something told me he will be at the counter soon and he went back to his phone. I stood aghast for 10 seconds and couldnot imagine being there for another 10 seconds. Rushed back to the taxi and asked the driver to take us to aerocity which has all 5 star rated properties. Checked in the first one for INR 10000 ($120) and that was awesome quality. Two more things to point out - (1) the pictures are fake and misleading (2) the property is frequented by prostitutes and customers alike.

The stay was excellent. Every process was smooth enough like check-in ,check-out. The staff were very courteous quick. Really appreciate their behaviour. Rooms were clean and well mannered when I was checked-in. Room service was also great..

Not clean at all, Rooms are shabby

The most disgusting property I have ever seen. Photos are absolutely deceiving and looks nothing like what’s in real. Expect to stain marks on the walls from spits, filthy pillows and bed sheet with holes. Mosquitos and absolute shi*t in the bathroom.. literally that. I wish I could share photos here to justify my writing.

No locks, dusty, bed dirty, unsecured back door which connected lift shaft where construction was still on...fillled with trashes. Does NOT look what they show on the net.
