Amantra Comfort Hotel

Great staff and good hotel

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Amantra Comfort Hotel, with the great deal from Expedia. The courteous and always-smiling staff, delicious food, relaxing spa, convenient parking, late-night dining options, and the prime location have all contributed to making my stay exceptionally pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed the day sightseeing package arranged by the hotel's travel desk at the best price. Special thanks to Mr. Dominic Lobo, the Hotel GM, and his dedicated team for taking such excellent care of me during my stay. Your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality truly made my experience unforgettable. I would definitely recommend stay here.

Aucun service, pas de ménage, il a fallu insister lourdement pour avoir un lit supplémentaire pour notre enfant, extrêmement bruyant.... et en plus moche ... et accueil désagréable à fuir

Service and Staff was excellent. They were very helpful and made every effort to fulfill our request. Food was excellent and they went out their way to make sure our daughter food was gluten free. Hotel is good as per the star rating and is as expected. Staff made up for any shortcomings. Next trip, we are definitely stay here. Best hotel stay during our trip to India

Cockrach in the room. Killed an ear wig in the lobby. Filthy dinning room. Strictly vegetarian dinning room, NOT ADVERTIZED. Strictly DRY, NO ALCOHOL, NOT ADVERTIZED. FALSE ADVERTISING. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! EXPECTED A LOT BETTER HOTEL FROM YOUR AD!!!!!

Most of the trip was amazing. The half day tour was good value. However one stop was very stressful and l left in tears and l did not complete all tour sites. Overall Udaipur is beautiful and the hotel good

Great value for money

wonderful experience....

Had a nice trip to udaipur and mount Abu. The hotel stay at Amantra was good. They have a nice and comfortable set up. The hotel staff was courteous. Rooms are nice and cosy. However all rooms do not have decent view. The hotel serves veg food only. For non veg food they take order and get the food from outside and you are served seperately in their cafe blanca. The hotel is located in a new decent area close to Saheliyon ki Bari. The udaipur is city of lakes. Most of the good eating places are around lake Pichola with grand view of the palaces and city around the lake. Must visit Ambrai restaurant for a nice romantic dinner on banks of Lake Pichola. Mount Abu is the hill stn of Rajasthan with good weather and greenery. Highway road to Mount Abu from udaipur was excellent. Has few good places to see e.g. Naomi lake, World famous Dilwara Jain Temple, Guru Shikhar and Sunset points etc. Overall enjoyed the trip away from the hustle bustle of the city life.

The hotel is conveniently 10 min from the hub of Udaipur, the rooms are really clean, the bed is fairly comfy, but the best part--the part that should make everyone want to stay here--is the excellent service. The people here truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. It's like a 5 star hotel treatment in an affordable package. Would definitely stay here again.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el hotel y la verdad es que muy a gusto. El personal es muy atento y agradable, siempre intentando complacerte.Lo único negativo sería el tema del baño, tal vez deberían renovarlos. Pero en general muy bien. Espero poder volver otra vez.

This is a business hotel. It has great, spacious, comfortable, clean rooms. The bed is great, as is the tv and wifi. The front desk people are very polite. However, the restaurant is terrible--very oily and way overpriced. I was the only guest eating there when I stayed, which told me a lot. Also, they arranged a car for me for sightseeing around Jodhpur, Osian, and Phalodi and charged me Rs. 10/km, when even in Udaipur at a comparable hotel I got Rs. 8.5/km. I ended up canceling my plan to hire a car from them from Jodhpur to Jaipur and just took a bus because they wouldn't budge on the rate. So, in their attempt to fleece an extra Rs. 2,000 out of me for that trip, they got 0.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff should allow guests some space and not be standing on their head all the time ;) Bed mattress is way too soft. Resulting in back ache. Food was excellent. Location of hotel is very good. Very clean and peaceful surroundings.

Hi I stayed at this hotel for one night. It was a very wonderful experience staying here. From checking in process to checkout, I didn't see a single flaw. Staff is excellent, courteous, polite, obedient and always smiling. Food in restaurant is awesome. I would definitely recommend stay here.

Really comfortable and memorable

This is a good, value for money hotel rather conveniently located. I arrived with my wife in the afternoon on the festival day of Holi and was pleasantly surprised to find the Hotel and its Restaurant functional. The Staff are polite and helpful and the Travel Desk is efficient as also reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious, clean and well kept though it would be nice if a booklet is added on the City of Udaipur, places to visit and places for shopping.The food, though not bad, could do with a little more variety and experimentation. However, no complaints about the Breakfast Buffet. The Hotel is conveniently located about 30 mins drive from airport when the Traffic is sparse. Its in the lane opposite the well maintained public garden called Saheliyon Ki Bari, and from the other end one can walk down to the popular Sukhadia Circle in about 7 mins. Streel side food sold by cart vendors is available upto 11 pm at the circle. The classy but reasonably priced Lalbagh Restaurant is about 20 mins walk. The Lake Fateh Sagar is also a pleasant 20 mins walk up and just about 10 mins down. All in all a good location.Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located 5-6 km outside the core city area and hence is peaceful. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the best part is that the staff is very friendly and accomodative. However the food was not upo the mark.
