The room was dirty i had to ask them to clean. They did. Breakfast is in an oily smelling basement and quality is below average. Overall hygiene of passages is poor. The bed mattress is good. You cant draw the curtains in your room to let in natural light for guarding privacy. Location is excellent if you wish to be in Bandra .

Property is fine, but need to improve breakfast quality and different options.

Helpful staff (although they do not all speak English, which can be a problem) ; good location ; rooftop, restaurant (with 24/7 room service) and bar. Nice venues. This not like the bloom room in delhi who are chic, clean, and modern. At this hotel the safe was old, the soap and shampoo were bad and sub standard, and the shower was not the nice modern one that i was used to. This property needs is in serious need of a upgrade to be like the other bloom rooms.

Hotel was wonderful but the roof top restaurant and bar was even better! Best food in India!

Loved the hotel decor, overall vibe and cleanliness. The room was spacious and I had a nice few of the street. Convenient bar/restaurants/coffee shop in the hotel. My shower was not working one evening (it was scolding hot water) but the front desk person brought me a bucket with colder water to mix with it so I was able to wash.

EXCELLENT attention to detail, well designed and clean throughout, had a Hoxton Hotel (UK) Vibe. great and warm staff, State of the art contact methods (QR codes, websites) Food of good quality excellent breakfasts. Front of House friendly and helpful. Recommend this highly. Restaurant and Roof Terrace. Stay!

Noisy. High volume mid price option. Met my limited expectations

Our favorite place before and after new ownership because of convenience, comfort and really outstanding free breakfast in the morning. Room was clean, great coffee shop and facilities downstairs, very near the shopping areas of Linking Road. Lots of eating places and unique boutiques near by. Bloom properties that own the chain should do a better job of providing telephone numbers of the local property as the one provided is out of Delhi. Uber comes here great but auto drivers have problems for some reason, perhaps they do not use GPS. Will be our go to place for visits to Mumbai. Have a follow up visit soon and will post after that stay again

The room was terrible. The both room flooded and the TV was unplugged as it didn’t work. The AC dripped. The people were amazing. But the facility was miserable

Lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are two restaurants, one on the rooftop with bar. There is also a cafe serving the best coffee I have had in India. The hotel is impeccably clean, stylish and tastefully decorated. It was also convenient for me, located between the airport and central Mumbai.

The staff were incredibly helpful- I would say above and beyond. There are a lot of young people and it gives the place a very upbeat vibe. The cafe attached is also great to be able to work or just chill- especially great because I had work to do and then was catching a flight. I would highly recommend to friends in the US where I am from if visiting Mumbai.

Good hotel. Great rooftop restaurant. Far from old Mumbai, but very good restaurants and pubs around the area.

It was horrible, we booked it for 1 night and we arrived there in evening around 8pm. Very dirty and permanently damaged bedsheets, pillow, pillow cover and blanket was there on our bed . Please see pictures. Unfortunately we didn’t had option to move in evening so we request them to change everything and clean the room again which work with 2 more hours of checkin.

All staff were really helpful, approachable and attentive to our needs. They helped to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We can’t remember the names of all the staff, but a big thanks to Din Dayal and his team and the kitchen and security staff. The location was perfect as well as it is very close to all the shops and services we needed. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and hope to come back someday.

Nice hotel with good security. Staff very friendly and helpful couldn’t do enough for us. Two restaurants with excellent food and different menus. The hotel is set back from a busy road which is noisy but you soon get used to that. Shops in Bandra are within walking distance or easy to get to by tuctuc.

I found the hotel to be adequate, but unfortunately lacking in several areas. My room did not have a proper closet to hang up clothing. While the room size was good, and the AC worked great, the bathroom and shower was wholly inadequate. Hot water wasn’t working adequately. Restaurant food was ok, but not great and I found a bit overpriced. What I have found to be most upsetting though is that I was promised a refund within ten days when I had to check out early, and here I am 30 days later still waiting for my refund. I find this completely unacceptable from an establishment such as this and truly unprofessional. When I call to inquire about my refund, I simply get the same answer — that it will be issued in 7 to 10 days. Only to call back in 10 days to be told it will be issued in 7 to 10 days. Difficult to recommend this hotel unfortunately.
