Beautiful property, but furniture quality is not so good. Very aesthetic. Partial lake view is nothing as it is almost at the corner of the lake, so there is no lake. The lake seems like a village pond near this beautiful property. The property is instagramable - but reception staff does not allow to take video or pictures

Rooms were disgusting, rats in the ceiling, dirty bedding and poor overall service. So dirty. The cafe qaolaa is good. Left after a night of no sleep. The manager said there's nothing they can do and refused to refund for the second night we didn't stay.

The room was a little cubby hole with a bed. The bathroom was another tiny room with a sink and a shower head with no demarcation. The room had no window, no ventilation and the floor was dirty. The phone did not work. Request to change to another room was not honored. The surroundings of the hotel were filthy with animal excreta all around. Nothing like depicted in the pictures on Hotel.com. Staff was friendly but helpless. On the day of our check out there was no manager to lodge our complaint and disappointment. This room is not worth more than $ 20 a day and I am demanding a refund. Will soon put this on other sites with pictures to warn others. It is shameful that Hotels.com puts these properties on its web site without making any checks. If I do not get a refund will stopmusing Hotels.com. Willing to share pictures once I return to the US later in the month.

Room had lot of mi

The hotel is totally fake in the picture. The rooms were smaller than it showed in the picture. It wasn’t worth the money. There was no lake next to it. Which was shown in the pictures. For the first time I got scam.

Fair Price

We were charged a lot more money for the booking just because we booked in advance. Lake view is just a myth, you hardly get any lake view. The staff is not very helpful and cooperative. The Royal suite was just overpriced and similar to any other room. The only good thing about this place was the food of Qala.

Good location. Heritage vibes and details throughout the property.

The staff at Bloom Boutique was very professional, friendly and helpful and added to our stay. The Haveli itself had alot of nice period touches but the rooms are very small, very basic and a little rundown. Once you leave the hallway you feel like you are in a different hotel. We were overlooking the street so it was extremely loud. The breakfast area was not very nice and the food was pretty basic. Breakfast isn't served in the beautiful dining area shown in the photos. The location is convenient to the historic area but given the narrow roads and chaotic traffic it's not a great walk. We took a tuk tuk which worked well. Check-in is complicated because every person has to register with their phone. It feels a little corporate with the Bloom signs in the lobby, yellow pillows, etc. The property has potential and maybe will improve over time.

ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL .... THATS THE MAIN ISSUE, ELSE EVERY THING IS GOOD ....

ホテルそのものが芸術的で美しかったです。マハラジャのお医者さんが住んでいた建物をホテルにしたとのことでした。 スタッフもとても親切でフレンドリー、かつプロフェッショナルな対応をしていただきました。 窓がない部屋だったので全体的に暗めで、換気扇が効かないため、シャワーを使った後の湿気が部屋中に広がり対処に苦慮しました。 窓があるお部屋は明るくて素敵でした。

The nearby area wasn’t good

This is a beautiful historic haveli with lots of atmosphere and local decor, a superb restaurant and a good location for a reasonable price

Bathrooms could be better maintained and cleaner. Otherwise everything else was okay. And the staff was excellent, the people working there are fantastic! And extremely friendly and helpful.

Location is not one of the best

Welcoming and hospitable staff, comfortable room, decent location. Parts of the hotel are under renovation but that did not impact us personally in our room. The lake view is overstated but the rooftop restaurant has a nice vista. About a 10-15 minute walk or a short cab/rickshaw to the centre of town.

Property is amazing.

Hotels description is very deceptive on line. It’s no where near lake pichola. You have to go to the roof top to look at the view. Property was dirty and disrepair. Location was in a very run down area with bad stench. Choice of food at breakfast was also very limited.
