Bloom Hotel - Heritage Walk

Rooms are very small, shower was not cleaned (fungus ) , very noisy corridor could hear loudnmusic in the room. Cleaning Staff was so noisy. Recommending to stay somewhere else.

Very good location if going to golden temple only few minutes walk and you got everything on your door step. Hotel is good for the location and price .

Excellent Hotel, I would suggest that the order menu for the room service, since no restaurant on site after breakfast, would have more classic Indian food rather that snack food or Junk food.

Great place to stay if you want to be walking distance to the golden temple.

The Bloom Hotel- Heritage Walk at Amritsar. It is a small hotel located very close to the Amritsar Golden Temple, which is very convenient. The hotel is not accessible by car as it is in restricted area but clos by to parking garage. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was small but nice with no view. The room was noisy, not insolated form the street nose. The door key did into work requiring to ask staff to open the room each time we needed. There is a mall dining room at the top floor serving a limited menu for breakfast. The room was clean as well as the Bath room. For short stay to visit the Golden temple it is suitable tough it would be nice if the hotel negment will anted the Deficiencies indicated

This was my second visit to this property, first was excellent this visit 3 out of 10. Very poor service.. no amenities in bathroom. Lots of other things. Never again

Great location, walking distance to Golden Temple, Jalianwalla Bagh and Partition museum.

One night stay on a month long stay in India. Very helpful with booking taxi to the airport. Room service available during the day. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room with the hotel having friendly staff and an upbeat modern feel that you would find in a European hotel. Lovely hotel. This is my second stay in a 10 month period since I had such a comfortable stay for a few days staying here in August 2023.

Property is located in a great location, a few mins walk from Shri Harmandir Sahib. However there is room for improvement overall. Firstly the music in the hall way across the hotel is too loud. Also the room doors slam shut and can be heard from the floor above or below. Lastly thé breakfast options / set up is poor, needs to be redesigned.

Great location for a short walk to the Golden Temple. Hotel is simple but adequate. Shower was very small.

The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to Darbar Sahib, it’s a 5 minute walk along Heritage Street the main shopping area. The hotel itself is super clean and modern, the beds were very comfortable and all bedding was very clean. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Good proximity to golden temple. Plenty of clean towels and nice hot water. Comfortable, clean bed. The facility is kind of grungy and the staff was poor service overall. They are trying to be a clean cool hip hotel and miss the mark overall. Rooms with windows are loud and bright from street light and traffic, but the interior room we had was quiet and dark.

Breakfast was dreadful. do not waste your money on breakfast.

I suppose this place is ok for Indians. Substandard for western tourists. I didnt like the idwa of music being piped in the hallways. Also my room had ants around the toilet. The housekeeping staff were not consistent when replenishing the towels and floor mat in the bathroom. The water from the shower went everywhere due to poor design. Breakfast was poor. Room rate was too high. Bloom have got this one all wrong. Upside was that the reception staff were polite and very helpful. unfortunately the kitchen staff had a massive argument which put me off going back for breakfast. Breakfast choices were poor

1. Fire trap 2. No water. We stayed two nights at this property. One via Expedia and one paid directly. The first night was great - no issues. The 2nd day - the fire alarm went on every few minutes and I realized that there was only one exit - essentially a fire trap. 2nd day cont.- The hotel did not have water. Nada, Nope, None. No water in the sink, no water in the showers, no water to toilet flush, no water to wash hands after. We had an early morning train which we had to take so don't know when the water issue got fixed but we took the train without the use of the bathroom and without a shower. I called the front desk to report/resolve the issue and the front desk could/would not do anything to resolve the water issue or reduce the charge. We paid full price for NO water.
