I use Citrus very often for short business trips and it has by far never let me down. The rooms are a decent size and variety of options in the mini bar. Service is professional. Food is a big plus point IMO. Even the afternoon buffet is well worth the money.

I’ve stayed at Citrus Classic Bengaluru multiple times and had a great experience in the past. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing — the service has deteriorated, and both staff behavior and overall quality have gone down noticeably.

Will keep the review short and clear Pros: 1. Friendly staff 2. In room dining services good and prompt. 3. Convenient location. Cons: 1. Wireless internet was not working during the entirety of my stay and on raising the issue the guy at the front-desk mentioned it was due to climate. Did not make any sense.

Leaves a bitter taste in your mouth kind of place. 2 main reasons - 1. Our room had a gap in the window which was obviously not fixed cause Silicon smells bad. So we asked them to do it in our absence which never happened. Thus, all the traffic sound kept coming 2. Staff is excellent but very rigid. Certain areas areas in the hotel have the A/c off to save power. God forbid your in one of them cause they will never start it for you.
