Hi to all We stayed at the hotel and found the rooms very clean, the food was food and the front staff assistant managers were outstanding, I have a hotel in UK and found the whole experience very good, we also went for a massage and had a PROPER massage not just someone oiling your body, Well done to all at the hotel to make us have a good experience of Goa

The hotel was well placed. The area was not crowded, there was small beach within walking distance and a major beach about 2km away, with a complimentary bus service. The food was very good.

The stay was ok for the 4 days we were there. We like that it had the option for a 2 bedroom apartment style with a living area for our big family of 6 to be able to stay together and the pool area was well maintained and usable. The property is doing renovations and maintenance, some fixtures in the rooms are old and out dated and the bathrooms showers also had water discoloration in the tubs and toilet seats were loose. A lot of the listed amenities except for the pool area were not available due to the renovations. I recommend calling hotel first and verify if amenities are available. We initially booked the hotel for the many different amenities it offered especially traveling with children. The staff on the other hand were very friendly and helpful and the housekeeping staff were excellent in servicing the rooms. Will stay again in the future when the renovations are completed.

The property was good with lush green surrounding. The rooms were very spacious. Being an old property , it could have been maintained a bit better. However the cleaning staff did awesome job in cleaning the rooms. Room service was good, they were at doorstep whenever required.

Property was clean and very quiet but absolutely nothing around and they no longer provide food. So we had to rely on Zomato and Swiggy. A lot could be done to make the property better as several things appeared old and worn out now. Overall we did enjoy the stay because it was peaceful.

Property is with wooden flooring and all the furniture has termite spread. Kitchen is not at all operational. Only positive aspect is staff members are good and cooperative. Do not book this property with breakfast as they don’t serve it. Although kitchen provided along with room helps a bit.

We asked for a late checkout and were told to pay Rs 800 till 6pm. But when we went to checkout at 5.45pm the manager refused and said the staff had made a mistake and we have to pay the full day charges. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. Would warn patrons to excise caution while booking this place. The railing of the staircase were broken .

I came here on my honey moon. Service was good, the rooms were big, the location of the hotel makes it feel like your in your own private jungle, and because it was off season I felt we had the hotel all to ourselves. Additionally, the hotel has a restaurant, a pool, and a spa. The food was good but a bit pricey for India, I'm not sure the spa was open but it seem clean, and the pool was good but could use consecutive cleaning throughout the day because of all the bugs in the area. The only down side of the hotel is that it is a bit outdated and needs renovation. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Hardly a 4 Star, Perhaps 3, Main Chef was absent and nothing is available close by. Property was poorly maintained. The only thing we enjoyed was the pool and Staff's effort.

Good place for 1 night stay. We had early flight back home and this hotel is just 5min drive from the terminal so no stress about the traffic. Hotel's Restaurant was suprisingly good :)

hi The hotel is in remote location no restaurants nearby. Restaurant menu is overpriced and less in qty. Restaurant menu is limited and when we went tandoor was not operational so half of the things were not available. Restaurant people more eager to wrap up your lunch or dinner than you. This is quite annoying when you want to have relaxed meal. There was no rush as such still there was lot of hurry. Breakfast is good and complimentary. Please note no food delverty services available here like swiggy etc. Hotel cleanliness is BIG issue. Have to remind many times to clean things. Front office Manager is never at Front Desk . Many false promises hotel gives. Rooms were smelling of DUST, Had to ask for Napkins, Toiletries, Phone of one of the room was not working. Water kettle was not working. MINI FRIDGE IS NOT WORKING IN ANY ROOM. TOLD HOTEL TO REMOVE IT FROM INCLUSIONS SHOWING ON EXPEDIA OR ANY OTHER WEBSITE. Rooms are big and with lovely Patio.Swimming Pool is nice and clean and well maintained.

Das Bad war ziemlich dreckig, das W-Lan hat selten funktioniert, man musste sehr oft nachfragen, bis sich jemand um warmes Wasser gekümmert hat, die Taxis vor der Tür sind ziemlich teuer

The stay was ok for the 4 days we were there. We like that it had the option for a 2 bedroom apartment style with a living area for our big family of 6 to be able to stay together and the pool area was well maintained and usable. The property is doing renovations and maintenance, some fixtures in the rooms are old and out dated and the bathrooms showers also had water discoloration in the tubs and toilet seats were loose. A lot of the listed amenities except for the pool area were not available due to the renovations. I recommend calling hotel first and verify if amenities are available. We initially booked the hotel for the many different amenities it offered especially traveling with children. The staff on the other hand were very friendly and helpful and the housekeeping staff were excellent in servicing the rooms. Will stay again in the future when the renovations are completed.
