everything was good but property needs a garden. I told them to buy the property next to the hotel. The staff made arrangements for us to go around in the hotel's vehicle

Staff were extraordinarily polite and helpful. South Indian hospitality is really beyond compare. Loved it

Excellent property and service

The property is excellent. Has gorgeous mountain views from the rooftop pool, gym and the restaurant. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a great spread and delicious. There is not many activities to do around but then that is true for most of the places in Kerala. If you want to just relax surrounded by mountain views, enjoy a great pool, delicious food, great hospitality in palakkad then you must stay here. I know, I will

Property was good. But we had a terrible experience due to a function that was going on at the premises with very very loud music until late into the middle of the night. We were on the 2nd flr and could not sleep. Despite complaining to hotel staff the problem was not rectified. Therefore despite being a nice property the experience was horrible.

Nice ambience hotel. Very unique. Very clean. Room was spacious. Bathroom design was superb. Overall hotel very nice

New hotel on Palakkad Coimbatore highway, excellent location , brand new modern interiors, tasty food in restaurant, talented chefs, helpful and friendly staff. Overall a nice option to stay on the Palakkad Coimbatore highway.

This property is well maintained, and supported by an excellent restaurant. The staff are overly courteous and go beyond their duty to accommodate guests, and the excellent customer experience clearly trickles down from the management. I had the pleasure of meeting the GM and could tell his mind and heart are committed to this establishment, and he’s open to constructive critique. We were visiting Palakkad for a wedding and this hotel is a surprise find via Expedia; lucky to have stayed here. I’d return for sure, and recommend this property to friends and family! Keep up the good work guys, keep your staff happy and they will continue making guests happy. ☺️ Also want to add that this property is not only good by Indian standards, but by North American standards too. So if any NRIs or foreigners want good hospitality, here’s a location that won’t let you down. I genuinely hope my review stays relevant and accurate for years to come.
