Four Points by Sheraton Vadodara

A few complaints from a BonVoy member. The shower and sink would not drain, so I stood in water despite a request to have it addressed. The WiFi never worked, despite my call to the front desk. Nobody called back. My emailed hotel bill contained no details, so I'll need to call back. Breakfast is not served until 11 am as indicated in the room service menu. Room service staff said it was wrong and stopped at 10:15. Ordinarily that would be fine, but I arrived at 4 a.m. from Ahmedabad that morning and scheduled my wake up according to the room service menu. I won't go back.

Great food made special food for me due to dietary needs. Great service all over

Wash room was not as clean and smell of sewage coming from the toilet. Was offered change of room but we declined due to upheaval.

Very small rooms. High price compared to overall value. Ok breakfast. Nothing great. Helpful staff.

The shower was not draining. We had to shower in a dirty puddle. I have reported the same to the hotel authorities, I expected a better experience after spending so much money. Would like to request a refund.

Best place

Everything was perfect! The rooms were clean, bathrooms were good, the staff was courteous. The highlight of the stay though was the breakfast. The variety and the taste of pretty much was outstanding. Would absolutely stay here again if back in Baroda!

Overall good stay but restaurant service needs improvement. Was there for two days but could not have dinner as restaurant was over crowded. Staff was not sufficient and they unable to host us. No one was there to serve us so can't have a-la

I ordered 1 kingbed room but staying room was 2 bed room actually. I will stay 1 month later again thus I hope the room will be exactly as I ordered next time.

Meal was not great

The hotel is located close to shopping and Sayaji Baug. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

Family visit. Good food available all day and night. Quiet. Comfortable. Room service and laundry fast.

The property is city center. Room is comfortable. Bathroom a bit small but manageable. The room service was prompt.

This was my 6th stay in the last 3 years. Very good experience as always. Staff was super helpful.
