GCC Hotel and Club

This hotel is very expensive! Not worth the amount they are charging! Breakfast is not that testy. Very limited food items in Buffet breakfast! Charges are very high!

It is not a covid friendly hotel. The staff doesn't take care of any of the rules or regulations in place for CoVID-19 despite being in a city with highest covid rate. The hotel has marked to ensure people are wearing mask and social distancing is done, however even the gate keeper is not following those rules. I took photos where the staff is neither maintaining social distancing nor wearing a mask nor enforcing customers to wear a mask. The rooms are cleaned by staff not wearing gloves or a mask. Room service is done by staff again not wearing a glove or mask. When I mentioned it to them only then they started to wear a mask. They say rooms are sanitizer but are not. Saikat Chatterjee, who is the General Manager of the hotel, was very casual when I made a complaint despite his staff in front of him was standing on reception not wearing a mask. He is attitude was like yeah sir I'll do a staff meeting and then see what can be done, I was like but I'll put a review about itz he was like sir yeah doesn't matter, I'll do a staff meeting first. This will become a breeder if they don't take care.

Very good comfortable hotel. Breakfast ok, nothing great. Rooms are very specious in new wing.staff is good!

It never mention you can't bring a friend to except by marriage. Not everyone read hotel policy not when you are booking online. They need to let this site to know about there couples policy. I have to check out after paid for three days.

Disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. The food was good but when we tried to order room service and the staff member got the order wrong instead of apoligising and taking the meal back we were blamed for the order and still charged for the meal. English speaking guests should take a translate you won't get anywhere otherwise. The location isnt in a good neighbourhood. Got to see some pretty weddings ceremonies was the only highlight

Hotel is good and the staff friendly and efficient. Just very far from where we really needed to be and that is at the port and main sightseeing areas.

disappointed overall - pool area under development which meant the main reason for choosing was not available. The bar also on a big night for cricket ipl final choose to play love music over commentary. lack of common sense....breakfast and reception was very good service

Friendly staff but lacks talent. 5 people at reception and still took 10 to 15 mins to check in. Ordered room service and found two long human hair strands in rice. Breakfast was below average. Overall this is a cheap business hotel and staff lacks talent. By that I don't mean they are unfriendly. They just lack commonsense. Like the guy who was bringing our luggage rammed himself with us in the same elevator instead of taking the next one. The girl at reception called at 8 am to reassert that we have to check out at 10 am. So mind u check out here is 10 am. Although we were given an extra hour upon request.

Its very nice, I will stay same hotel in next visit.

Bad Smell reported but not resolved, food is suitable only for Indian nationals and rooms not clean, additionally, very noisy and there are high voices coming from out side and from the floor.

In room Service is poor, mattress on beds are not like a good 3-4 star hotel. Parking area is good, no vellet parking being a club. Clean swiming pool, great veg restro.. Breakfast is not a very lavish menu its 3 out of 5.

Hotel rule which was not stated on hotel website or in expedia. Only married couple can check in . If you are checking in with your girlfriend or boyfriend then ask hotel staff before booking .

Its a good hotel to stay with children. Hotel is having good staff, quick room service. Clean and spacious rooms. Children enjoyed table tennis and swimming. A.C worked well. Food is at reasonable price. Breakfast is delicious. Its also not very far from Essel world. So it was a fantastic experience staying in a hotel. But they have check out time 10 am which is quite early though they didn't complained for the check out at 10.30am or 10.45am as they have check in at 11am. If you have flight late than you put your luggage at luggage room and can go for shopping to the nearby areas. I would recommend every one for this hotel to stay.

The hotel reception staff were helpful and promptly. The rooms clean and comfortable. The wifi was atrocious. It dropped in and out constantly and one had to keep on logging back in with an enormous log in and password. The Olivia reataurant was quite frankly awful. The breakfast poor with flies, chipped cups and poorly cooked or stake food. Swimming pool is nice
