I had an excellent stay at Gold The Royal in New Delhi. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcomed and allowed us to do an early check in with a reasonable addition fee. A special thanks to the receptionists, Mebub and Ruhi, for their warm hospitality, friendly attitude, and exceptional assistance throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The amenities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. Despite the affordable price, the quality of the hotel and the service provided were truly impressive great value for money. The location is also convenient, making it easy to explore the city especially at the main bazaar area. Overall, it was wo I had a wonderful experience at Gold The Royal — highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

Recently built or comprehensively refurbished hotel, very handy for New Delhi station and the Orange line to the Airport. A real jewel in the rough, the surrounding area is a little unprepossessing. Great and also surprising rooftop restaurant

La chambre etait propre et bien équipée

Sehr gutes Hotel mitten in Paharganj. Es liegt versteckt in einer kleinen Gasse zwischen der Main Bazar Road und der Basant Road und ist bis auf die letzten 70m mit Tuktuk oder Uber zu erreichen. Auch abends kein Problem. Das Hotel ist sehr modern mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Rooftop-Bar ist traumhaft. Wir haben jeden Abend nach unseren Streifzügen durch das pulsierende Paharganj dort beendet. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Terrible filthy neighborhood. Taxi can’t get to front door of hotel.

I spent 4 nights there with my wife, the staff is friendly and the hotel is nice considering the price. I really recommend for short term stay. Is located next to the main bazaar market.

Property exceeded my expectation. It was clean and well kept. Staff were very helpful. Property is exactly how it looked in pictures. Located in a quiet alley. Only issues was cars were not able to drive in. The rooftop bar was a nice place to wind down after a busy day.

Very friendly staff. Laundry service was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Don't use their tours, though as very disorganised. Food was very good.

I stayed 3 nights. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the food was delicious!

The stay here was fantastic. The staff at the front desk and atrium were absolutely incredible and genuinely helpful people. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a stay in Delhi!

Great hotel in a sketchy hallway. But clean, huge room, good restaurant, beautiful rooftop and great great great service

Delhi weather decides how your room feels, as there is no open air in window, ac works great and there is ceiling fan also to help with fast cooling

Once i got my bearings it was easy to get to transport links. There was a shopping bazaar around the corner with shops, bars and cafes. My room was clean and comfortable and 24hr room service came in handy. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

部屋の中は綺麗で快適でした。 ホテルの前の道が狭いのでuberは入れません。 あまり治安が良くなさそうなエリアでした。ホテルの前に男性用のトイレ？なのか立ちションしている方がいたりとちょっと清潔さは微妙でした。

Stayed here twice on the 20th February and first of April check in was fast no problems the room was good. Free water is provided in the room the room was clean. The bathroom is good with a rain shower with good water pressure but no where to hang towel and no toilet roll holder in the bathroom. Minor issues like no shower screen the bathroom gets wet. Other than that it was pleasant stay. On my first stay I did have breakfast on the terrace restaurant but found my Indian breakfast bland so did not bother eating there again. Both my stays were in transit. First time I was allowed late check out as I had a train to catch in the afternoon. Getting a taxi can be a problem as the bazaar gets very busy and people like Uber are reluctant to pick you up. Overall I had a pleasant stay whether I stay again depends on the price point as it’s very expensive for the area and surroundings . I found the staff to be good and service minded. Wish the hotel all best
