Disappointing experience. When checking in, I had asked if our room was ready as per our specific requirements. I was repeatedly told it was ready only to find that it wasn’t when we got to the room. It took over an hour to get this done. We were not advised there was a wedding taking place the day we arrived. The loud music went on till 12:30 am and we had one of the closest rooms to the wedding despite only 15% occupancy. We couldn’t sleep until it all finished which was quite late. We also had to get the plumber twice since the toilet wasn’t flushing and there was running water. Felt more like a 3 start than a 5 star resort.

Room was good . Lot of room fresher used but it had an innate murky smell.

I was delighted the way they handled my gluten sensitivity with extreme care.

This was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. This being a week night, the property was not very crowded. Grounds were well maintained. Tried it out the multi-cuisine restaurant that had a good selection of Indo-Chinese and south indian cuisine. The indoor game room had a billiards table, TT and several carrom boards

I booked 1 night stay with this resort to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary(10th-11th Mar) and i deeply regret choosing this resort. i have experienced series of disappointments through out my stay. I called up the hotel to confirm if they have received the booking they took so long even with the itinerary number that i had provided and finally they said yes they have received. I requested for a pool view room and special decoration for my room to celebrate anniversary, the had sent me an invoice for INR 4k which i paid and they confirmed that they will honor my requests. When i arrived at the lobby to check-in , they said they have not recieved any request for the special decoration. i had to give them the whole background of the previous conversation i had with their staff. they said the room is not decorated and it will take few hours before they can do that. it was supposed to be a surprise to my wife but because of the staff stupidity it was spoiled. supposed check was 2 PM, but i could check-in around 6-7 PM. and the room was not a pool view room that they had promised me before. food was of poor standard , no fun filled activities and such a small resort for 5 star standard. you take walk for few meters you will get to the end of the resort. I suggest everyone not to choose this resort.

Room was not prepared before hand. Mini bar was empty, no toilet paper , lizards in room and final kicker was power shortage and no water for over an hour. Hope everyone can understand the discomfort we had after paying the high amounts

The check-in formalities took really long, close to 30 mins. On entering the room, I wanted to make myself some coffee, that's when we realized that the coffee machine, or the water kettle was not working, the complimentary bottles of water were not cold, it's summer and that's one of the basic things, it's disappointing when a 5* rated property has such bad service. Later in the evening after a good swim at the pool (the pool was the best part, well maintained, neat and clean) we asked for the Sauna or the Jacuzzi, the care-taker there informed us that both of these are not working, both in the men's and the women's section, that was again a huge turnoff, we had a small session of steam bath and then returned to our rooms. The room felt really good but as soon as we entered the bathroom, it turned out to be a disaster, the shower was not a Rain Shower as mentioned on the website, we would still be okay with it but it was in a really bad shape, half of the pores weren't working making the water stream really sharp and it pricked like needles. The bathroom floor near the mirror was in a very bad shape with the wooden floor chapped out and it was covered with a bath mat. When we complained about it, we were told that the resort is under renovation, but it's not an accepted reason as they were still charging a premium rate, later the housekeeping in-charge agreed to change our room. Thanks to the change in the room, the later part of the stay turned out to be much better.

good hotel with good nature at the remote part of Hyderbad. Near to golkonda fort. They charge separately for breakfast.

Stay is comfortable and not value for money. They have offered only room and food expenses are beyond room value. Courtesy of front desk also not good

It was a very bad stay: no facilities were available as shown over the net.

Room was worth the price. However, food options are limited, and prices are very high. Service is very bad. It takes minimum 40 minutes to deliver room service. There will always be something missing in the order, which will take another 20 minutes to come (read cold food). Minibar is missing, but is mentioned in the note.Tableware was bad and chipped. The hotel has changed the check in and check out timing but has not been updated anywhere. It is away from the city and taxis are a pain to find, and are expensive.

I have really seen the quality of service in this trip because i have that many problems in my room. I had to call the guy to repair the shower, flush, AC..What not..almost everything. I have called them for almost 7 to 8 times in my stay. The resort has become very old. The maintenance of garden and pool is good but the rooms are worst. i dint get that feel of staying in room of cost 6k. The food there is the worst thing i had. Finally my trip has become a nightmare.
