On the good side, the location is great. The metro access is across the road. The staff were friendly and helpful too. However, there was major refurbishment work taking place when I stayed. The bed itself was clean but the rest of the room needed work.

This is a budget hotel close to the airport. Staff were great and helpfull. I was here overnight in between flights and sleep was essential for me. The room had noise all night from planes, trucks driving beside the hotel and guard dogs barking across the street. So, if you have a way of sleeping with noise its ok, otherwise avoid because they do not have rooms without noise, I asked.

Great location and price point and close to the airport which is what I wanted. Would stay here again while connecting at BOM airport.

Like many in Mumbai lacked a bar fridge, kettle, and hot shower water was only on at certain times. There was no room service or buffet breakfast as advertised. Overall the room was acceptable, however breakfast and tea/coffee was not an option

The hotel is very conveniently located just on Western Express way near T1 domestic airport Mumbai. The staff is good and helpful. However, this seems a very old property and has not kept up with the time. Because of the condition of the old building, it does not give a feel of cleanliness. Especially the floor (carpeted in old fashion), mattresses, bed-sheets don't evoke a feel of a hygienic order. It might be OK for an overnight trip - if it comes at a good price. However if there are newer properties available in the area at a comparable price - I would suggest to check them out. Hotel does not have a restaurant. So while they offer breakfast, it comes from a restaurant next door. Quality of food is OK, not good. Does not offer many choices of food and may get delayed at times. TV- not a big collection of channels. So if you use your travel time watching TV, you might be disappointed. Wifi - is OK with a reasonable speed. However, not adequate for new age streaming etc. In summary, this may be an option if you wish to be in this location and can't find newer hotels at a comparable price. There are no issues with staff behaviors etc - so you are still fine if you need to stay here. However be prepared for a bare-basic experience in a busy city.

Great location for air travellers, prompt service and fast procedure

Charged us twice...!!! 11 yrs old child counted as ADULT!!! Please never share card details with this hotel they got full 16 digit, cvv, expiry.. Everything.. It puts your identity in risk... Never recommend..

Hotel location is not so great despite very close to domestic Airport. I arrived 4AM on 4th July and attempted to check in but I was told that the hotel reservation was for 4th & 5th and not for 3rd and 4th. I requested them to let me check in as I arrived after a long flight. I even offered upto 50% of the reserved room rate additional for let me check in but despite the fact that hotel was not full and room was available I could not check in till 1PM. I was told if I would have booked direct from their web site I may have got early check in . Staff was not courteous or helpful to guests. I never had this type of rude behaviour or trouble early or late check in at any hotel in USA or any where else.

Room service staff is excellent. Duty Managers are of helping.

Hopeless breakfast. The old manager was pathetic and no respect for guests. Housekeeping staff was good.

The property is centrally located and good premises.

First, the good: the hotel supplied an effortless ride to the airport at 3am. The not-so-good: noise--bathroom window didn't close and all-night road and construction site sound; cleanliness--embedded grime and some doubts about the sheets; and find ability -- close to airport but none of the taxi drivers at taxi park knew so needed Google map. I think other reviews overrated for the price.

トランジットのために1晩利用しました。 国内線terminal1から徒歩10分くらいで着きました。 道中は多くの人が歩いているので安全でしたし、ホテル自身も入り口にはセキュリティがいました。 部屋には、エアコン、無料の水ペットボトルがありました。 WiFiはフロントでパスワードを教えてもらって、問題ないレベルで利用できました。 シャワーはしばらく待てば、ちゃんとお湯が出ました。 なお朝食は7:30からということで、私はそれより早く出発したので、利用していません。

It's good hotel to stay with 24 hours check in facility but check out should be 24 hours from the time of check-in....

I like their services and the staff are very helpful
