Staying was delightful. Well maintained and grand. Overpriced and food was costly.

The stay was overall good, but for the price offered, the experience could be better in terms of the comfort and the quality of the furniture in the rooms. Another minor issue: the channels on the television are prefixed and incase you request the reception to add that one channel(Sony channel), they bluntly refused to do so. I expected better from a 3.5 star hotel to not overlook these minute but important details

The decor in the lobby and inside of the hotel was really beautiful and artistic. The food was not good at all, and they run out of items during breakfast, so it was more of a first come first served.

Old property with poor service from staff. Cleanliness is good but the restaurant requires a huge overhaul

Reception personnel were not fluent in customer service. Gave us a double bed room while our reservation is for 1 king size bed. Suggest for us to join the beds to make as one bed which was not acceptable. After complaining, then change the room. Air con filters are not well maintained and the bathroom fixtures are old. Water seepage out from the shower cubicle to the bathroom as door is old. Restaurant staff however are very friendly and nice. Very hardworking especially the chef checking that customers are properly served. Housekeeping staff were very efficient too.

Family friendly hotel. What stands out is the staff - they were courteous, professional, helpful and hospitable.

Hotel better than I expected, especially the room, AC, bathroom and bed comfort. Also quiet though street outside very noisy. Sadly, the pool was closed for maintenance without advance notice. As I had booked this hotel mainly for the pool this was very disappointing. Staff made no effort to addreess this disappointment with a complimentary drink or meal or anything. They just shrugged and said the pool is closed. Quality of breakfast items just okay but, for the price, it was good value overall. Would stay again if they could guarantee pool availability

Very comfortable room, very quiet, clean and super bed and bedding. Very good sleep in a noisy part of the city. Amazing for this price range. Great shower and hot water. However the experience was badly let down by the fact that the swimming pool was closed with no notice for maintenance and I had booked this hotel mainly for the roof top pool. This was a big disappointment. Also quality of some food items at breakfast was not up to standard. The neighbourhood has nothing of interest and is just traffic mostly but there is a nice rooftop bar and restaurant within a five minute walk. I woyld check if the pool is definitely open before I will book here again but if the pool is working I would highly recommend this hotel for this price range.

Terrible room service. Pleasant front office staff but not front office manager. Misrepresented as having 4 restaurants but in fact only 2 plus some food at bar. Poor choice of food.

Good clean hotel at reasonable price. Pondicherry has an interesting history and great food. We recommend a visit to Auroville while you’re in Pondicherry- it’s very close.

great hotel & great breakfast, a couple of problems with the staff with regards to meal service and taxi bookings though.

Hotel correct un peu vieillissant, plutôt à classer dans les 3 étoiles. Ne vaut pas les prix affichés. Le buffet du petit dej offre un assez grand choix, mais la qualité est médiocre.

Mycket bra och fint hotell. Vi är nöjda med allt, förutom 2 detaljer. Restaurangen var inte så bra, inte så kul frukost, gamla croissointer och hår i maten, och efter 2 försök att få en efterrätt utan nötter så gav vi upp. Sedan en dyr taxiresa, vi var tvungna att betala hela vägen till Chennai Airport trots att vi ville kliva av 40 km innan.

Hotel is OK, staff friendly. Decor on the kind of weird side, but it adds colour to the place. 15 min walk to White Town.

This is a decent 3-star hotel offering great service and good rooms however the location of the property is a big spoiler. The hotel is in the main city and away from the main tourist attraction area (White Town), to travel to the Promenade or French Quarters you will have to rent a car/bike/auto and make your way through the densely populated town. In case you are going for work purpose the hotel is value for money but if you are going to explore Pondicherry then it's better to look for a hotel in the White Town area or M.G road as the second option. The food at the hotel is very average and given the fact that Pondy has great food joints try to have meals outside the hotel only. P.s: I requested cancellation of the booking for a day as I reached the location a day earlier but the hotel staff didn't agree on waiving off the cancellation charge. The manager on duty although asked me to cancel the booking done via Expedia and make a new booking directly with them in order to avoid the extra charge which was very unprofessional.

Room cleanliness okay, there was a water leakage on restroom. Bath Area is small, Bathtup was mentioned while booking the room, but only bath area was there. Taps are very old model. Rs. 3200/per day is expense for this kind of rooms. Hotel environment is good. Food is okay.
