รอบๆโรงแรมน่ากลัวมากค่ะ กลางคืนเดินไม่ได้เลย หากจองแรดิสัน บูลไม่ได้ ควรตัดสินในออกไปอยู่ไกลๆ หรือในบริเวณแอโรซิตี้ ดิฉันตัดสินใจทิ้งเงินที่จ่ายไปแล้วไปพักโรงแรมอื่น Booked for room (paid) and airport pick up (500 INR), but did not actually stay here, I moved to the Leela Kempenski, 10 km form the airport. I hotel kept their promiss about picking up at 23.00 hrs, my e-mail was well-reponsed before leaving Thailand. However, a women travelling alone, 1st time to India, I was advised to pay more and stay in the nicer areas (the new hotel took me 15 min, on the hotel car). The paid money was non-refundable (due to the booking via internet, which I respected that rule. I found out later after arrival in India that it was all worth my money, good decision to move. The area could make you feeling uneasy. I suggested if you want to stay super near to the airport, and not paying too much, try to get the Raddison Blue, the hotels in the aero city area or the Nidra. By the way, I loved the Kampenski...

They didn’t make it clear that the hotel will charge for water,even i stain something on the bedsheet they charge for the bedshet also. The fridge and kettle are also not working i told them to change but never change it.

The hotel is close to the airport and the staff were fine but seemed very stressed and were not courteous to each other. The area that the hotel is based at is very rough with lots of people asking for money. I struggled to get into a taxi on 2 occasions outside the property. The hotel was extremely noisy throughout the night into the early morning with people running about, pressing door buzzers and shouting. I would risk a longer journey to the airport in return for a nicer area bext time.

I stayed here 3 nights after arriving to India and before flying onward to another destination in the country. Location is near the airport which was convenient for catching an early morning flight, but also because it is close to the airport it is very noisy at all hours of the day. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but the windows and walls just seemed so thin that I could hear dogs barking, horns honking, and even music playing down on the street all night. The room was clean and comfortable enough otherwise.

For an overnight stay for an early flight, it was just ok. Our fridge was not working but staff came and replaced it. The shower had was not hot and not even luke warm..it was fresh. Staff were nice and helpful and the bed was comfortable.

Nice hotel to stay at for transferring to the airport next day. Checked in at 11pm with no problems

Amenities around property ok for me. Alot of noise in AM within the hotel including dragging furniture around the stone floors. Went on all night. Road noise but that is understandable. WiFi and shower good.

Property was overall safe, convenient and comfortable for a nice family stay. Room was as per photo. Food and airport transportation is overpriced

We stayed here for one night after arriving in Delhi, we checked in at around 1am, and had no issues with check in. We had initially booked 3 rooms for 7 people but on the night added an additional room and they were able to accomodate. With traffic getting out of delhi airport, the hotel is around 30-40mins away by car. The room itself was clean, and the breakfast buffet was nice. The staff were all very friendly. There was hot water and AC worked. For the number of people we had and the price we paid we have no complaints. One thing to note, they mention parking is available, but parking is just outside the hotel, so I can imagine at times parking might be difficult as there is only enough space for a few cars.
