Everything is good about this property

We've stayed here because the rating was excellent, 9.0/10.0. But the hotel is mediocre; room was small, in need of some room upgrade. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, especially the supervisor looked grumpy, directing his staff in unfriendly manners. I'd have to say it wasn't terrible, but the rating was very misleading that caused my disappointment. No western food for breakfast, but very many western food n nearby. Definately something to consider when you choose this hotel.

Poor WiFi connection. Not very clean. The room is big enough. A few young staffs are nice and friendly.

Obviously the online rating is a forgery. The hotel is nowhere near the 9 stars. I had terrible experience with WI-FI & when I would call receptionist the call wouldn’t connect as the intercom wouldn’t work, so I had to go down to get somebody who accepted that I was not provided with correct password! Overwhelmed with all this, when I asked if I can get refund for next days stay as I would like to move out, I was told flat NO!

Very friendly and helpful team. We had a very nice and pleasurable stay at the hotel. Service and breakfast meal were very good. Indeed, a very comfortable place to be..

We had come for a medical check up and surgery. The hotel was conveniently located near the surgeons clinic. Everything was great except for a few WiFi issues due to the metro train construction that’s going on around the area.

This is a good budget option. Next time, I will probably spend $40 more and upgrade to the next class of hotel. That said, it served its purpose. I couldn't open the curtains because the room overlooked an adjacent apartment building. The bathroom was of adequate size. There were no amenities in the hotel (gym/pool). Breakfast was only okay.

The Hotel Cosmopolitan was a delightful oasis at the end of a two-week trip to India. The service was excellent, the room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, the bathroom was nice, and the breakfast was good. Amazingly, the room was quiet, despite construction and honking outside the hotel. My only complaint is that the wi-fi was unreliable.

The staff is great and always there to help you. This is a great hotel. I liked the fact it's not too noisy (not too much of honking in that area) The locations is great. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Ahmadabad.

Great staff, good location, lots of building works going around in the area for the Metro. Bit dated, needs a new coat of paint. Value for money

Good place to stay! Good staff and service. Only thing is Bathrooms were little dark

Convenient and quiet location, clean comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Good value. The only issue I have is Expedia.Com, who overcharged on refund of tax and service charges for a change from three to two days stay.

Great Hotel ... well maintained overall ... some lovely facts about Gujarat in general incorporated in the decor. Breakfast is decent ... rooms are spacious. Hotel is clean but dusting within rooms especially at high level needs improving ... also some concerning damp / bubbling of walls in my room was not pleasing to the eye and concerning health wise. Easily fixed then this def would get full marks.

Visiting from the US. Stayed for 10 days in December 2018 and nothing but 5 star service and amenities. Free daily water bottles are a great person for visitors. Breakfast was all vegetarian but more than adequate to help start your day. The free one-way transfer from the airport was also very helpful. Wi-Fi was a hit or miss depending on time of day. Room has electronic safe, a bar fridge, in room AC and fan. Toiletries are provided in the bathroom. Daily English newspaper. You need to call housekeeping for iron. Bring adapters/transformers for electronics as only India style plugs (220-240V) are available in room. For laundry, I suggest King Edward Laundry service located right next to the hotel for half the price of the hotel. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel for good variety of local and international cuisine. They are building the metro in front of the hotel, so some noise and dust is expected. They maintain the inside of the hotel to the best of their abilities when it comes to the dust. Nothing can be done about the noise, but we didn't have any issues with it.
