Hotel CP Palace

I would NOT recommend this hotel, the staff is very friendly but looked under pressure to follow certain things rather than providing good customer service. 1. it is on exhibition road where you may get stuck in traffic at certain times so if you are trying to catch a flight, it is very in predictable. 2. My family living in patna in order to visit us was asked for their ID and also told that they cannot give outside food - later they had me sign a waiver form - you cannot even do swiggy or zomato if you do not like in room dining options. 3. Non veg is neither available and not allowed, so if you eat non veg, please avoid this hotel. 4. In the morning of check out, we could not take a shower as hot water was not available, they tried to look at it but could not fix it. 5. In room dining stops mid night and starts at 7 30 am, if you have an early check out and late check in, you cannot expect tea or anything here. 6. They forgot to ask me for the keys of the room on the checkout and then they called and were very rude to my father for it, I have couriered it to them but odd that they cannot have another wipe key ready when every other hotel has it. 7. Rooms by themselves are small and every small thing is chargeable. I made a mistake by choosing this hotel and would suggest to stay somewhere else.
