Room is quite basic and not worth the money charged

The night staff was rude. They were not ready to replace the dirty bed sheet. They did so only after complaining. Remotes of TV and A/C were not working. Restaurant was good. The staff working in restaurant was also good. Location of hotel is near to main temple and just on the sea shore. Hotel does not accept international cards.

This is 1 star hotel if you go by International standards. Since we don't have choice of too many nice hotels in Rameshwaram, I think they have been given 3 stars. Rooms beds were ordinary, no digital locks, staff was not too helpful and have to repeatedly told to get anything done. This was frustrating. AC in one of the rooms was not working. The biggest issue I had is getting Hot water for morning shower. It looks like they use Solar and since most guests wake up early for shower before going to Temple, the water is lukewarm by 6 AM. I had to request hot water in bucket for each of our 6 guests. This is something you expect in sub Rs 1000/nite hotel not in 3K/nite hotel. The hotel is nicely located away from the hubhub of the Temple crowd and we get nice breeze in evenings. I didn't like how they nickel and dime for toileteries/towels etc. Towel quality should be improved. Breakfast was decent. Lot of things can be upgraded in this hotel to make it true 3 star. Hotel seems fairly new. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again just because of the hot water issue.

So-So. Hotel staffs are pushing for 10am check out , otherwise they are ready to invoice for one more day. Every where it is 12 hrs check out or 24 hrs check out. Why this hotel asking as 10am check out?? while doing online booking they said Breakfast is complemetry , but once landed ,they are telling us we need to pay. I hope less attention for online booking customers and looks money oriented.

Property is reasonably good. Staff are friendly & helpful. Food options are limited Property needs but of help in running. Specially WiFi is struggling Overall a good place to stay for a night to Rameswaram teerth

Overall it was an good stay even though it is not worth the money what we paid . Slightly away from the temple so less noise & on beach front . We took package including Breakfast & Dinner, food quantity was good the service was very slow. Front office to be trained better . Even though my voucher says checkout as 2 pm they were insisting check out by 10 am . Good property and if reasonably priced people will come repeatedly

The most disappointing factor was the checkout time mentioned on expedia was at 2pm and hotel has forced us to check out at 10am, this was a bizzare and all my plans got toppled because of this hotel staff who forced us to check out at 10am and were not ready to even give an late checkout till 11am. Expedia needs to look in to what they offer on their website, we trust you guys and blindly book an unknown property
